Yandle's Splash Time Pools

Pool built by Yandle's developed several cracks in the pool walls/shell after only 4.5 years. Pool is no longer capable of holding water. At Yandle's request I paid a Leak Detection company to inspect the pool. Inspection Report confirmed cracks were cause of water loss yet Yandle's refuses to address the problem and repair the STRUCTURAL/CONSTRUCTION DEFECTS.

The cost of their service is extremely competitive. So far my experience with them has been excellent. They have done everything they said they are going to do and when they said they were going to so it. The workers are extremely good and the sub contractors have been very very polite and very thorough. The projected started about two weeks ago and it’s going to be done by the end of next week.

Everything was very easy with no hassle. They came everyday on time. From the time they started they were completed in 7 weeks, one week ahead of schedule.

Everything went very well however they were bad about answering the phone. They are although good about answering emails. We also had a prior irrigation system before they installed the pool and they cut the line so I had to pay an extra $500 to hire someone to come fix that. They would not take any responsibility for it. All in all we are happy with the pool though.

I received a very detailed quote and information on pool equipment, supplies, permitting and other items related to the pool building and ownership process. I was provided a packet of information that contained information on specific pieces of pool equipment, along with the business license and insurance information and various financing pamphlets. All of the information and discussion with the co-owner left me with a good feeling about this company.
