The rep came to my home , explained everything in simple terms, carefully measured the old shower and allowed me to pick exactly what I needed for my safety. He explained the approximate date of delivery and called to advise me of installation date. The installer arrived, and efficiently got half done on Monday but a family emergency kept him from coming the day after. He was back and finished everything up by 3 pm, cleaning everything up. A great experience with a quality company.

I was expecting a real pro to come out and give me a quote on a full bathroom remodel. Instead, I got some young kid that was struggling through a very programmed sales pitch on a product that would only fix half my issue for twice the price it should cost to fix the whole room. It was a complete waste of time.

Have had them out twice for estimate on projects, both times they have said they are not interested in my projects. First time they said my small bathroom fix wasn?t worth their time. Then when I decided to totally remodel the bathroom, I thought now it would be worth their time,so had them out again, but again they said they weren?t interested, said they couldn?t do it? not in their scope of work ? huh?? Honestly I?m not sure what they do, because anything I asked them about, they said wasn?t in their scope of work.

Joe and Shane were professional, and easy to work with. Answered all our questions to our satisfaction. Left our bathroom as they found it which was amazing considering what had to be done to get the tub in.

Tom and Austin, installers, were extremely professional and great to work with. The wall paint got a few small chips in the process. They offered to repaint for us but it was the end of a long day and we didnâ t feel like rummaging through our garage to locate the correct paint can.

Felt that the showering area could have been bigger at least by two inches that's about how much space was left on the walls other then that all good

My 2 installers Shane and Deon were Very meticulous and did a great job and were very careful to clean up after themselves they were wonderful I would highly recommend them to anyone thanks for sending 2 great guys

Patrick G, Martin, Damien, Dan G, Dan F, & Dan S. all showed up on time and installed our new windows! All extremely polite with smiles on their faces, and were done with the whole house in about 6 hours! When I came back to the house to see the finished job, they had cleaned everything up, and even patched and painted a spot on the wall that was dented from the installation. Matched the paint and everything! We are so grateful that our project is complete, and that there were no complications. Also, the windows look awesome! #J-228752

Patrick G, Ray, Martin, Harley and Dan S were all wonderful hard workers. they put new windows in our house and they look great. They were very professional j-224051

The installers Zach and Marcus worked very hard installing my windows. They did three rooms upstairs and 1 room downstairs. They were very meticulous about their work and kept the area very clean. It was an all day job but before they left they explained how to remove the windows and screens and the locking mechanism.

I would like to commend James and Martin for their wonderful window installation in my home today. They installed 7 beautiful windows in 5 hrs and were very professional and very friendly. Their cleanup was impeccable. I would recommend this company and specifically, James and Martin to anyone. I would like to see them both rewarded with $20.00 EACH. My Job #: 175033.
