I have used this company for over 10 yrs....they have failed , failed , faed on many occasions to pick up on all 3 service days...I finally cancelled the recycle about a month ago, and today , after our yard waste has been uncollected AGAIN , I have decided to give up on them and hire another company . I have put in complaint after complaint on the average of once a month...I was told to call if the trash failed to be collected !! Really ??? My payments are always prompt , you have a long established customer , and I have to call you and tell you to pick up my trash ? I'm so over this company and I would not refer them to anyone !

They were to pick up Tuesday, each week. The first week, they came. Every week thereafter I had to call and ask where are they? It was so odd. Even when I called, they would not come back until Friday when they were in the area. I still find it hard to believe. That lasted five weeks. I then cancelled the service; or lack there of.

They are fairly good. Every now and then they would skip me. I talked to them about it and since them they've been great.

Just started with them and pleased with their prices. Very easy to set up service. They picked up the trash the next pick up date. They don't have too many rules about how it has to be X number of inches from the curb and in this color bad or only in cans. Pretty much put it by the street and it'll be gone by the time you wake up. I love the simplicity of it. I moved here from a sity where they had way too many rules about the trash so for me this seems so much better.

When we moved into the neighborhood, I called and asked them specifically about recycling. I was told that they didn't provide that service. Like many people, unfortunately, I didn't take a good look at the bill until recently. On the bill was a $9.00 charge for recycling! When I called, they said that they told me that when I signed up for their service and that I said I wanted the service! So here I've been paying $9 for each bill for a service that they told me they don't provide and that, they say, I asked for!! I asked them if they could credit my account for the bills I paid for recycling that I didn't receive, and they told me they couldn't because they can't go back in their system. Very unprofessional in my opinion.

They are very good. Their men are very polite and very courteous. They take whatever you put out there.
