 + -1 moreThe technician is wonderful, but the main office/computerized system does not communicate with him the appropriate information for our visits. That is: why he is coming, when we will be home, etc.
Description of Work: They put insecticide in the kitchen and bedroom where roaches had been seen.

Description of Work: We have an annual contract for termite inspection and treatment and a quarterly bug treatment. Sometimes they only do the exterior when we need the interior done also. We would like for them to just always do the interior.

 + -1 moreI have had the termite contract with this organization since 1989---there aren't a whole lot of options.
Description of Work: This was our annual inspection and yearly fee. The technician went into the attic--which has never been done in the past 20+ years that we've had the contract with Terminix and reported that he had "sighted evidence of termites which were not subterranean and that it could be treated for a large sum (can't remember exactly the amount but I think it was over $500) and that it would have a lifetime warranty. I got a second opinion from another Termite business which reported "no signs of termites". Needless to say, I was not real pleased.

 + -1 moreI went through an ant problem a while back and it took them a while to fix the problem. They did reduce the price for the time it took to resolve the problem.
Description of Work: They come out quarterly to spray the exterior of my home. If I have a problem in between they will come out and take care of that as well for no extra charge.

 + -1 moreI have had a good experience with them, and I have had them for years. I asked him about some fire ants and he sprayed them, and that is probably not part of his mandate. He did the external ants.
Description of Work: I use Terminix. They come out once a quarter to do the house. They don't do the interior unless I ask and if I ask they will do inside.

 + -1 moreWe are very happy with their work. Since we have used them, we rarely see bugs. They have good personable people. When they say they are coming they come. We have a yearly contract with them. We have used them for 20 years and the price is close to what we started with.

They will leave a note to let you know what happened. We have confidence that they will take care of any kind of bug we see.

 + -1 moreI do not know how their prices compare to other companies. They are always on time. They come out quarterly. A couple of years ago I had a problem with ants. It was horrible. They came out and used some really strong stuff and they did not charge me. They ended up having to use some termite stuff that requires permission to use. They finally fixed the problem, but it took them a long time.
Description of Work: I use Terminix International for pest control. If I go with a contract, they give a discount. I do have to pay for the whole year.

 + -1 moreThey come back if we have any issues. We found a giant hornet's nest in our backyard. They came out and treated it and there was no extra charge. It can be very dangerous when you have a nest like that and Terminix did an outstanding job. The price is perfectly fine with the value we get. Their responsiveness is very good. I have had them for many years and the same person comes every time. He knows our house inside and out.

 + -1 moreI paid them about $227 about a year ago. They are very polite and prompt. They come when they said they would. They are careful not to get anything dirty. If they notice things or problems when they check the house, they let us know. When it comes to their price, I don?t know what other people charge. We have been using them for several years and we would use their services in the future too.
Description of Work: We use the services of Terminix International Co for checking on termites. Their last visit to our house was within a month.
