 + -1 moreThe technician was very punctual. He arrived in less than an hour and was done with work in approximately 30 minutes. I will use this company again if needed in the future.
Description of Work: The technician ran pump with air compressor and turn it back on. He said that the system had cut itself off.

 + -1 moreOn Saturday we came home and found we had no water. We found Sweetwater on Angie's list and called them quite late in the day. They were able to come out out first thing on Sunday. Although they were unable to fix the problem as it was actually an electrical issue, David, at our request replaced an pressure switch and gauge while he was there.

Description of Work: We had no water since the pump wasn't functioning. They identified the problem, which I believe was a diode. The serviceman came very quickly, even earlier than promised. He didn't try to do extra work and even advised how we can fix the problem ourselves if the same problem occurs. He was courteous and the job cost much less than we anticipated! We would definitely use Sweetwater again recommend them to friends and neighbors!
