Process went extremely well. There were some delays due to getting material, weather and our travel plans but overall the process went very well. The work was done efficiently and quickly. They cleaned up as if they had not been there. Michelle, our sales agent, was very helpful in getting approval from our HOA. She always kept us in the loop and was very responsive to our questions. We would strongly recommend Superior Aluminum. The project cost was $11,000.00 and was for an 10x20 screened porch with a shingled roof tied into the existing roof.

We've had an annual contract for several years. Our lawn has gone downhill this past year and a half. We have no problems with inside pest control or irrigation system maintenance. Outside lawn and shrub services, however, have become very poor. Weed control and pest control outside has not controlled weeds or pests. We plan to hire a different service at the end of the current contract.

This contract was in effect when we purchased the villa. We definitely will consider them with keeping the contract in effect unless we sell. they seem professional, answer enquiries and respond quickly. No problem in recommending them to others especially in the Villages.

They did a good job however they wouldn't adjust the sprinkler heads to start the second year of service.

We have had a great deal of contact with Superior since the 11/7/2013 review. We have had technicians to our home to provide additional pest control and fertilization of our lawn and shrubs. Additionally, through contact with Superior Management, we have been promised no return of the and quot;sonand quot; responsible for the poor performance in our home. Management has also reassigned more permanent help to our issues with Scale, brown lawn patches and diseased trees. This we really appreciate b/c experienced help does better work all the time. Management has also addressed our issue with a stained wall resulting from past spraying for scale. We have been promised an attempt to resolve this which we appreciate. Overall, I would rate Superior as very responsive to complaints from their clients and rearranging work orders/talent commensurate with the issues and resolving them. It shouldn't have taken an Angie's list response to make this happen…..they know this as do I. Their response has been professional and restored faith in their work. I commend their management for this (Romero, et. al.), we are very pleased with the attentiveness of their pest management staff, love their Irrigation folks (a wonderful couple) and, a great big thanks to Rich Lagasse for hanging in there with us. Looking for signs before they become very damaging problems will be the watchword for the future If improvement in all of the above continues throughout 2014, we will be repeat customers and recommend same to others. Finally. a big thank you to Renee (at the answering desk. Her demeanor is ALWAYS professional especially when continually being called by pests like us. She sees Superior clients as their business, their revenues/profits and as conduits to future clients especially in budding developments such as Stone Creek.

They will come back to respray if ever needed. I was having problems with small red ants. I called and they came right away to resolve the issue. I have not had any bugs inside my home since we started the service. We have had an excellent experience and we are extremely pleased with them.

When you call them with a concern or problem they attempt to correct the situation; but I believe that if you are paying for a service that they say they provide that the tech should be knowledgeable enough to correct the problem without the owner having to call the service. They did send the tech out to treat the lawn, but the same tech comes every month and had been here a few weeks prior. I think they should use their eyes to observe and assess, not just apply whatever. How can you put fertilizer around a palm and not see that it is white with a mildew something and not treat it ?

I recently signed up for the pest control and termite protection and found the package price very reasonable. The response and service has been excellent. Technicians are very courteous, professional and informative.

They are awful. They had a great salesman. They never show up. They never call when you ask them to call. They are understaffed. You pay for the year up front and they miss months. You have to call them and then they tell you they will be out and never show. They skipped 2 months last year. You have to be proactive to get then to come out. You pay them upfront for the year and they are supposed to come out monthly but you get zero service with them. They say they will have the manager call and they never call.

They are here frequently enough. They are courteous, finishes up what they promised to do. Pricing is better and no worse than anyone else.

We pay about $72 per quarter. They are very responsive. We have had some lawn issues and they have been very good about trying to correct them so we don't switch providers.

The good thing is that they take care of everything. They come almost immediately whenever I call to ask for something else to be done. I would recommend them for their level of service.
