+ -1 moreI stopped by in September and arranged for an visit for them to look at my project. Dean arrived on time for the appointment. Dean wanted to have one of his installers come and look at my project to decide the best way to install the pavers. Due to many days of rain it took a while for the installer to take a look at my project, but once the weather cleared for a few days they called me with the estimate and answered my questions. The price seemed reasonable. We set up a date for the work to start as the pavers needed to be ordered. (I knew two other people who had used them with success.) The the estimate/contract was emailed to me. I signed a copy of the estimate/contract and sent it in with a check for half of the estimate (per their contract) and asked that the work be started at the end of October…"the week of" type timeline. The project started on time as requested, was completed quickly and looks fabulous. The price was as estimated. So far, I am very pleased.
