BUYERS BEWARE OF THE SUNDURANCE SOLAR SCAM! This company is based out of Ocala and goes by multiple names which I'll reference below. Many have now been scammed by SUNDURANCE SOLAR but the proper authorities have been notified and it will come to a stop very soon. In the meantime, unless you want to be completely ripped off, then avoid the SUNDURANCE SOLAR SCAM at all costs. 1. I found out the equipment they installed for my residential solar system was USED not NEW. 2. The equipment has been verified to be completely different (brand/make/model#'s) from what I actually agreed to purchase according to my contract & permit applications. 3. Customer service is non-existent, you will only chase your tail leaving endless messages. If you've already been taken advantage of by the SUNDURANCE SOLAR SCAM, you are not alone. You are encouraged to add your name to the list of the others that have been victimized by SUNDURANCE SOLAR and contact the: DEPARTMENT OF AGRICULTURE AND CONSUMER AFFAIRS AS WELL AS THE STATE ATTORNEY GENERALS OFFICE. They are already well aware of this companies' unfair and deceptive business practices and they want to hear your story also. They can't help you if you don't speak up and let your voice be heard.
