Steppen and Spaulding completed a large remodel job for us while we were 3,000 miles away.....it was perfect! We have now been in our remodeled home for over a year -- Dan did a fantastic job! He made great functional recommendations and kept the project on time. When we arrived from SoCal, we were thrilled with the job Dan did -- I would not hesitate in recommending Steppen and Spaulding for any size job - they are real professionals and exceptionally easy to communicate with - we could not be happier!

This team is top notch. I can't think of anything negative to say about this outfit .

PROS: My home looks beautiful! Its almost unrecognizable from what we started with. The workmen were very helpful and did quality work. With a few additions to the project we finished reasonably close to the original estimated price. CONS: The project took MUCH longer than originally planned; as in before Thanksgiving vs. the end of January. They didn't tent the laundry room/closet that wasn't remodeled which left a HUGE dusty mess on everything in there. And they used two items, a shirt and a hand towel from the bathroom, as cleaning rags. OVERALL: If you pay close attention to details, you'll be happy with the finished product.

I would recommend them to anyone. They are extremely dependable. If they use a sub, they are there while they are working. They built the addition. They shingles were perfect, totally matched the roof. He is a perfectionist, did all the molding work himself. They are professional, did all painting inside and out. Very meticulous, a perfect job. Dan and Thomas are the best, help each other to get the work done. It is so hard to find good workers in our area, they are outstanding.
