What a great and professional team

I had a hole under my house with an armadillo living in it! Southern zpest control gave me immediate helpâ they responded almost immediately, were knowledgeable and explained options for the solution. Both David and Tyler are super nice and easy to work with. Excellent Service. Took a chance and called them even though it was after closing on a Friday evening. Spoke with Tyler and he was able to schedule a termite inspection that Sunday (Free). He came out Sunday Morning right as scheduled did the free inspection as well as answering some other non-terminate related questions. He quoted us a price then lowered his to match his competitions price, using better chemicals and with a better guarantee. He was there for the treatment right on time and professional the whole time. Highly recommend them.

Price was high for what they did. But they came, actually earlier than scheduled, and completed all work

Southern Pest Control called me right away and sent his employee to the house that day for an inspection. He will be back in a couple of days to treat for termites and bugs. No termites but Iâ m going to have the house treated.

Tyler and his team have been such a help this last week in getting my raccoon and rat situation under control for us. We didn't know how extensive it might be but they handled it with such professionalism and got the situation handled. I can't say enough good things about the company. They are prompt, professional, and I felt that I had great customer service. I felt that they were fair in price and I highly recommend them for regular services as well.

I was very satisfied with the service. Racoons were coming into my backyard and damaging my grass at night. Tyler was able to identify that it was racoons and trapped them. He answered all my questions. He was very patient and helpful.
