They were very good, good communication, they came first to check and inform me with everything that needs to be done and to make sure everything is done right. Everything was was great.

Contacted several companies and obtained quotes. Solar Lights and More were very competitive in pricing to include solar blanket for the pool and the spa included in the price. The sales man Rick Zay was even willing to reduce the price of the system by $100 if I went without a "pool" solar blanket. Sounded great as I will never put a blanket on the pool it self. Installers came and did a great job installing and explaining things to me. When I asked about the solar blanket for the spa they advised that the paperwork said "NO Blanket". The lead installer advised he would talk with Rick about it and they would probably just drop one off. I waited about a month and heard nothing. I even called the office to find out about it and was quoted $115.00 for a solar blanket for the spa. This is an 8' round spa! (Not sure why the price would be that high as anyone can purchase 16' x 24' 16mil online for under $100.00 . I told them that that is was insane! I sent an email to Rick Zane and while tech was at my house yesterday fixing a small installation problem, the tech got a call from the office. He had the lady on speaker and it wasn't hard to hear them talking about my issues concerning the blanket. It appears that honor is no important with these folks! Overall the system works good and installation was good. Not sure why they tried to pull a fast one on me about the blanket, and not sure why they wouldn't return my emails. Very disappointing ending after they did so wonderful in the beginning!

install was fine. Defective part after installation. Contacted Solar Trek they took care of defected parts with replacements.

It went very well. The Techs. were very professional, courteous & did an excellent job. They even checked a solar panel that I have on my roof for hot water that was not installed by them & I didn't even ask them too. That solar panel is about 8 years old & he said it looked very good. Since I have had the solar fan installed I am not surprised that my A/C is not working as much, coming on & going off all the time. I am so pleased & wished I had of done it 23 years ago when the house was built. It gets rid of all the heat in the attic & the air in our house is so much more cooler than it has ever been! Very well pleased!

Solar Light and More has installed skylight tubes, attic fans and garage vent kits for us before. They are always true to their word and quote. They do excellent work and give top notch customer service.

The initial installation was fine. The pool heater works pretty well although not as well as we expected. I even referred a friend to use Solar Lights and More for his pool heater. I had to call once when the valve assembly failed and the valve assembly had to be replaced. It took several weeks before they were able to come and fix it. The problem was fixed and they honored the warranty. A couple weeks ago I contacted them to get an estimate to repair a solar hot water heater (for domestic water) that the previous owner had installed. The roof panel burst before we bought the house. Their salesman came to the house. While he was at my home he looked up at the roof (from the ground) and he noticed a problem with the pipe going to the pool heater. They used defective pipe between the pump and the solar collectors on the roof. He told me that he would contact the office and get them to send someone to replace the pipe. He told me not to worry - there would be no charge. Their technician came to the house 2 days ago and gave me a bill for $59. I told him that Rick Zay (the salesman) told me there wouldn't be a charge. He said "let me check with the office". He called the office and they told him to at least collect 1/2 of it. I refused and told him that Rick told me it wouldn't cost anything. They have responded with an invoice saying the pipe and labor was free but there is a $59 diagnostic charge. I called them and told them Rick said it was covered. They called me back again to say I have to pay $59. Once you give them the money you will be pretty much on your own. Don't believe them when they tell you they will take care of you after the sale. After this review was posted, Solar Lights and More agreed to not charge me the $59.

I would recommend them to my worst enemy. There was 5 different days that they were here and they never fixed the problem and blamed it to somebody else. They really know what they were doing. We do not need a roof but it's the installation of the tube.Right now, it's still leaking so I wouldn't use them again.

It turned out very well. Their service was very good. They made a very professional presentation and the installation went smoothly. It was very professional and we've had good service from the system. It's worked very well. They were very polite, very professional and very helpful. They explained everything they were doing. I would recommend them. They're very responsive. Any questions we've had have been answered. We didn't compare the price. We just had a good recommendation from someone else about them and I suspect they're probably within range as their competitors. We didn't really do a lot of comparison but they had a good reputation and we went mostly on their reputation. I have no problem with them.

Solar Lights & More did a good job and there were no problems. One of the panels was leaking about a year later and they came back and repaired it at no charge. So it’s pretty good that way. The quality was good and their professionalism was pretty good too.

They are very good. I'm so happy with the job. I have no problems with them. They make appointments like up to the time frame. They are prompt and courteous. They do work they say they're gonna do and putting all together. I don't know what more I can say. They have reliable service. The price is very good. Their quality is very good. I can't complaint about that. Their responsiveness is excellent. I'll use them again if the solar panel breaks down.

The experience was very good. I liked their knowledge, and the fact that they installed very quickly. They gave us a $100 referral credit for using a referral from a neighbor.

Solar Lights and More were okay. They promised me that the hot water heater would cut utilities by 30% and it did not do that. It maybe only cut 10%. The service was okay but the pricing that I paid compared to others premium price. What they say didn't happen. I never received any follow up from the installers. They said there was no way in knowing down the line if the vents were still working or not. They were professional, but I would not use them again.

On time. Professional job. Good attitude on the part of the tech.

They arrived timely and did as requested. Took less than 2 hours and looks great :)

It is wonderful, they are great. It went very well. He knew exactly what he was doing. He came in, he told us…because we have picked up the place to put the solar lights and he was like, "you know, I don’t really think you want it there." He explained why and what he suggested and it turned out wonderfully well. We saw him at the home show at the call center and that’s how we got and then they came and called us up and gave us an estimate and he was back within the week, had him in, put 3 of the men and he had them installed, and back out the door in 2 hours. He knew what he was doing; there was not a question in my mind.

The experience was good. Solar Lights & More were on time, did what they said would be doing. The solar panel works well without any problem.

The heater works great when the sun is out! We were able to get in the pool one day in February (water temp was 81). Since then it has cooled off a bit because of rain and cloudy days.

We were very pleased with the installation of our solar pool heating system. Installation was completed on time. Technicians were very professional. Explained everything and left the area clean. Price was very good. Had shopped around prior to calling Solar Lights so I know I saved a substantial amount on my purchase. Highly recommend them.

They did a good job. They came on time, they were clean, and put a good quality product. The workers were professional and courteous. The price was reasonable compared to others. We have no complaints with the service.

The service was good. The lights have really made a difference and I want them installed in other rooms in my home. They first made an assessment and it took about two days to complete the job. They seemed very efficient, personable, and competent. They were also timely. If I had to do it over again, I don't think I would have installed the water heater. It is not as efficient as I thought it would be and I have experienced problems with it. They have returned a few times for repairs. Also, when it's cold and cloudy it doesn't heat at as well and sometimes we have to take cold or cooler showers.
