We had toilets both stopped up on a Sunday. We called Service Plumbing and the technician came same day! I was very happy. I have a 6 person family household. The technician called and let us know that he was on his way. He was punctu. He came out and assessed our clog, found the problem, and unclogged our drains from the outside. Not only did he do that VERY QUICKLY, he checked our septic tank and SHOWED us where the whole problem was. He could've unclogged the drains, collected, and left. But he knew that we needed more than just to bust a clog.. Not on the technician, but management was professional as well. I strongly recommend. This is an honest company with great prices. Call around and find out for yourself. But don't say I didn't tell you so.

I called them on Thursday and they made an appointment for the following day. They arrived on time and were totally professional. It was 2 gentlemen who came to assess and repair. This was a company that was recommended to us by Teco (gas company) as we have a contract with them. They informed us that the garbage disposal needed to be replaced and that they were able to fix my faucet. They called Teco for the approval and completed the job in a timely manner and were neat and tidy. They asked if we had any questions, and if we were satisfied with their work, which we were. I would call them again if I should ever need plumbing services again.

Arrived in a timely manner. Even tried to help with suggestions on the phone to rule out a self fix problem. Very polite and was done very quickly.

Great they installed system and new faucet

Although the company was very responsive, the cost to repair was very, very high and ultimately not completed. I paid an additional $100 dollars to have Service Plumbing out on a Sunday but in the end I still do not have water today. I would not recommend this company!

I noticed what I thought was some water damage in my bathroom. I called Service Plumbing, and Mr. Dutelle came to my house that day. He discovered that the drain in my shower had a crack and had been leaking throughout my bathroom. I had to file an insurance claim due to the amount of damage. Mr. Dutelle provided me with his credentials and an estimate to repair the damage for me to submit to my insurance company within 24 hours. It was clear that he is very knowledgeable in his field. The extent of damage was quite extensive, and required complete demolition of the entire bathroom. The demolition went better than I could have expected. The crew put paper tarps down to ensure that debris didn't get all over my floors. Also, they sealed to doorway to keep dust from leaving the bathroom while they worked. As far as demolition goes, they did a very clean job! They also cleaned up behind themselves and hauled all the junk away. As a result of Mr. Dutelle and his crew's professionalism, reasonable prices, and quality work, I have contracted with them to complete all the plumbing work involved with the rebuild of my new bathroom.
