They showed up, on time and did the job. Four years later the posts are rotten and while the post manufacturer replaced them, Seminole wants to charge even more than the original labor to replace the posts. They will not discount the materials or the labor to help us to do the repairs. Every other fence company we contacted stated they would at least work with us if such a thing happened. Most notably I have never seen pressure treated posts rot - perhaps they were purchased in good faith but they will not stand behind their work to support the customer. They feel that all the loss should be on the customer and they should make even a greater profit to redo the job

Dealing with Kelly is a pleasure. She is attentive, caring, kind and listens. The installation techs turnover rate seems high, causing inconsistent results. And once payment is made, all final finishing details are forgotten. After waiting over a year for final touch up repairs, I gave up waiting. If they make it right, I’ll be glad to update this review to 4-5 stars but they don’t respond to all calls or emails after final payments.

They were excellent. They did the job they said they were going to do. They were on time. They did a good job. They gave us a really good price.
