+ -1 moreAtrocious Customer Service! I called Monday morning to schedule an appointment for Wednesday afternoon. The appointment was scheduled for between 1:00 PM and 5:00 PM. I waited the entire afternoon until 5:00 PM and there was no technician or a call explaining why he/she was late. I called customer service and received a voice response message saying the technician was now scheduled to arrive between 8:45 PM and 11:45 PM. REALLY!!!!!!! Are you kidding me????? Who wants a repairman at their house, for a routine service, at 11:45 PM???? Why didn't someone call me to let me know personally???? I finally got a live person, from God knows where, (she spoke very poor English) and cancelled the appointment. Would you believe she had the audacity to ask if I wanted to reschedule the appointment. This is the third time I was left high and dry by Sears technicians. You would think I would have learned after the first time!! Needless to say this will be the last time I will try to use Sears to repair anything

+ -1 moreThe service is fine, but they don't leave you alone. I can't tell how many times a day these people call to try and get you to buy another contract or another appliance, at least five, six, seven times a day. I'm happy with their service, but when the contract runs out, I will not renew it, just for that reason alone. They said they were here between 10:00 and 12:00 and they were.

Description of Work: Our Whirlpool refrigerator was leaking and freezing under the freezer baskets, after 2.5 yrs of age. The repairman used a turkey baster to unclog it. 3 days later, it froze up again and kept leaking.
