R&R Seamless Gutters LLC

I am a previous customer of R&R Gutters. They did a great job at my other house at a reasonable price. I have called them 4 times in the last month to install gutters at my new location and they haven't even had the courtesy to call me back. Very disappointing. Obviously, I will not be using them for the new house!!

The man that answered was very nice, but he told me then do not do any repair only new installation.

Francesco did a great Job. I saw him working at another home in my neighborhood. The new gutters looked great and I requested a quote. I found the quote to be very reasonable and decided to add gutters to another house that I own. I'm so pleased with the quality of work and professionalism. I would recommend R & R seamless gutters to anyone. Frankie is in high demand and I had to wait several weeks to get the work done, but it was worth the wait. Both houses look great and it didn't break the bank!

Frankie (Francisco) and his co-worker were constant professional's. Both were very kind, polite and answered all my questions. There was zero downtime and the finished product was exactly what I was asking for. In addition, his quote did beat a competitor by a vast amount. I would definitely hire Frankie again, no questions asked. When my wife called their number, the receptionist was very kind and professional as well and was spot on with the correct terms and contact information. The free estimate gave the exact price that it was charged. Awesome job Frankie. Thank You.

I contacted this company 2 times since 5/23/18, by message. They did not even have the common courtesy to return any of them. Not very professional. I can't even imagine running a business like this.

He was very nice, answered all my questions. Was on time for the day he said he was coming to do the job. Explained everything again. Cleaned up and he told me any question or problem to call.

Had few estimates done and R&R was a lot lower than all the others. I was a little nervous because of the difference in estimates between the others but saw they had a good rating and have been in business for over 10 years. I went ahead with R&R and glad we did! Gutters look amazing and a great price! I highly recommend!

It went perfect. They arrived exactly when they said they would and went to work immediately. They were done right on time and gutters look and perform as expected.

I called to make an appointment for an estimate on fixing and/or replacing gutters on my house. They said they would get back to me with a date and time. They then showed up one day unannounced while i was at work and only my wife was home. She was not sure exactly what needed to be done and where so she did her best to describe the issues. I called them the next day to ask the person to come back again when i was home so I could show them exactly where the problems were happening. A lady answered and she said the person would call me back immediately to make sure we get done what we needed done. That is the last I every heard from this company. Unreliable and unorganized? Maybe they have more business than they need and my job wasn't worth their time?

This is the second time I've used this company. They came the next day after I called to give an estimate, made an appointment for a week later to do the job, and showed up on time for the installation.

We are very pleased with the installation of the new gutters. They seem to be made of good quality material and the color matches the house color very well. Installation was done in a timely manner and cleanup afterwards was better than expected. Cost was quite reasonable. We would definitely hire this company again.

This company got rave reviews for all of the work/services that they did, including price. Obviously, he is a victim of his own success. Good reviews on Angie's list transmits to more work. This appears to be a one man operation, and he can't handle the amount of work that he has obviously received, as a result of good reviews. If he's too busy to return emails/phone calls, to set up appointments for estimates, how long of a waiting time will there be, before he can come out to do an installation? My job is not a large one, but it is important to me to get it done, asap. I hate to give poor reviews, especially when it is for service, and not the actual work performed. I take the whole review process seriously, and that's what makes Angie's list the go to site for hiring contractors. But, unfortunately, it appears this contractor can't handle the work already on his books. So, he get's an F from me, and I have never even met him.

I all went very well. The job took less than a 1/2 a day and looks great.

This provider was wonderful. My initial phone call was answered quickly and efficiently. Francisco Navarro came to my home to look at the problem, gave me an estimate and got the job done the next day. It was a small job and I had had various other providers who simply weren't interested and left me hanging. Mr. Navarro wants to work and is willing to take any job and do it well. I would highly recommend him and his company.

R and R deserves all the straight "A" grades you see on this site. I think what won the bid for me was how prompt they were to schedule an estimate, and then the the time and detail Francisco took. Of 3 estimates, he was the only one to diagram the job, and provide an estimate on the spot. They arrived exactly when they said, worked very hard and fast, and cleaned up completely. This firm knows how to do a professional job in every way. Wish all companies were this good!

I had a leaking issue in my glass enclosed lanai area. A fault in room construction was part of the problem and was repaired by contractor, but there was still pooling of water against the room after every heavy rain. I sensed the gutters were a factor. I called R&R based on previous reviews and was VERY happy with their responsiveness. The problem with the existing gutters, (original to the house) was explained in detail and included suggestions to relocate downspouts contributing to the pooling of water towards my home, because of the grade of my lot. NO OTHER CONTRACOR EVEN MENTIONED THE GUTTERS. After completion of the job, it was apparent that R&R's years of experience was answer, thus my problem was solved. I had been given wildly expensive "solutions" by other contractors who never even considered the gutters. I'm not a brain surgeon, but it sure didn't take one to give thought to what could solve the problem and add value to my home at the same time. I could not be happier, and I HIGHLY recommend R&R !

Very prompt response to my initial call. Work was quickly scheduled and completed. We had heavy rainfalls shortly thereafter and the gutters and downspouts performed exactly as needed. Very pleased with this family-owned business.

The result was a gutter that no longer leaked, the man even stayed and poured buckets of water in the gutter to insure the job solved the problem. The service we received is uncommon in today's world, this company really looks out for the customer. We would suggest that this is the only call you need to make for gutter work.

I highly recommend this family business. Mr. Navarro came out the same day I called and provided me with an estimate. We walked around the whole house together to make sure that we were in agreement on the downspouts. We discussed and agreed on the addition of three additional downspouts. Mr. Navarro removed and hauled away the old gutters a few days before the actual installation with no debris left behind. The day of the installation, his team arrived promptly to begin the installation. When they finished, we walked around the house to insure everything was as we discussed, and also asked me to go up on a ladder so he could show me the leave guard which was installed. Again there was not debris left behind.

Quick install and very nicely done. We had gutters and trash guards installed at two locations and they did a great job at a good price. Took extra time to make sure everything matched at all points of install. Did touch up paint at any areas where it was needed. Left us additional paint and screws for any future repairs. The gutters got a good testing this am with 1/2 inch of rain.

Good Price Great Job Showed up on time for the appraisal and the job, left job site clean. Looks great cant wait for it to rain. I highly recommend Francisco and R&R Gutters.

Everything went great. They showed up on time and entire installation only took 6 hours. Excellent value for the price.
