Had a issue with water lines going to the tankless water heater that where clogged. Mr Ramsay return my phone call quickly and guided me through the steps to migagate the problem. I would recommend him and would use him in the future

RGS came and verified gas was getting to the generator before I contacted a repair company for the generator. Although RGS didn't repair generators, he wanted to be sure the problem wasn't in the gas line. He checked everything out, said it was not the gas line and never charged me for a service call. Not too often that happens in this day and age and I was very grateful. He also gave some suggestions who to call because I didn't know that either. Mr Ramsey is not only a professional and qualified gas repairman, he is also a kind and honest man. I would recommend him to anyone, anytime for gas repair or installation. I know I trust him completely.

Our gas alarm went off and we had the gas company came out to investigate and make sure it wasn't a main line break. The rep from the gas company referred me to RGS and said they whole heartedly recommend him. Great work! He replaced a bunch of regulator valves and igniters. He did have to come back a second time to make some more adjustments but he didn't change me a penny for the second visit. He's starting his own business but he does have previous experience working for his father. Ben is an awesome young man. He is licensed and certified.
