Description of Work: An air conditioning unit that they installed went out over the weekend. I called and asked them to come service it. I spoke to their dispatcher, who told me that they would call me back in less than an hour. They never did, so I called again, only to be told that they now had too much work to do that day, and they would not respond until Monday (this was over a weekend). We spent the weekend without air conditioning, in Florida, in July.

+ -1 moreOverall the techs were timely and did the work well. Some minor electrical issues and thermostat setting knowledge created a need to call sales rep. We had to explain to the techs how to set an Auto feature on the thermostat because they did not know it existed. On a previous installation of a similar system which ended up having problems, Precision Air corrected them promplty when they were brought to the attention of the company. It would just be nice to have Precision Air be one of those companies that under promises and over delivers which we think is suitable for an A rating.
Description of Work: Installation of a new Trane 2 ton heating/cooling system and thermostat.

+ -1 moreI have used them for quite a while and I am happy with their work. They have changed their name; they used to be A and R. They check it out thoroughly and lubricate anything. I am satisfied with them and I use them once a year. We've had the same unit since 1996 and they check it very year. I am very satisfied with them. I think the price is good and I can't complain. They always come right on time when I call them.
Description of Work: I use Precision Air to service our air conditioning system. It has a very fancy air filter on it because my wife has allergies and they replaced it.
