HORRIBLE..RUN FROM THIS BAD BUSINESS. GREGORY THEORIDES IS THE RUDEST AND THE MOST UNPROFESSIONAL ******* I'VE EVER ENCOUNTERED. HE WILL ATTEND YOU UNTIL HE TAKES YOUR MONEY FOR THE INSTALL AND HE WILL THEN BLOCK YOUR PHONE NUMBER NOT TO ATTEND ANY SERVICE CALLS OR WARRANTY WORK YOU CAN SEE OTHERS REVIEWS ON SEVERAL WEBSITES. I HAVE REPORTED HIM AND WILL DO WHATEVER IT TAKES TO MAKE SURE THAT HE WILL PAY FOR STEALING BY COSTING ME MONEY IGNORING MY CALLS. HE INSTALLED THE UNIT WITH NO FILTER. IM TRYING TO GET A HOLD OF HIM BUT HE BLOCKS EVERYONE AFTER THE INSTALL NOT TO SERVICE ANYTHING.

I was very happy with our service, very honest, fast but thourough service. They worked hard to make sure I received a new AC that day, as they were empathetic with having to sit in a house with over 90+ degrees of heat. I would recommend Pioneer to everyone. I plan to continue using them for AC service and any future appliance repairs or needs!

The owner was nice and professional, however the rep that came out was not so good. He installed my thermostat incorrectly, and I had to hire a different company to come out and fix it. He also charged me for the thermostat, that I provided! I was not pleased.

All reports from the people at the property is that everything is working great. I talked to 6 or 7 places before Pioneer and was getting very frustrated. Pioneer worked with me on exactly what I needed instead of trying to have me do lots of other stuff that wasn't needed. I was not able to be at the property so it was important that I find someone that was going to be honest with me.

I haven't had a bit of trouble with the new unit, and it keeps the house comfortable and does not run all the time. The tech, Mike, was a very good worker, and did a great job.

It's not often that I rave about a service provider, but in this case, I will! A gentleman came with his son and took care of ALL my problems. I had a plugged drain line and no emergency shutoff switch, so when it backed up it spilled all over. I cut the drain pipe and let it fall into a bucket until he came. When he came he fixed the pipe, cleaned the blockage and sprayed down the condenser (the inside unit) with cleaner. He did this fast and courteously. All fixed! I had called my house insurance about this but the repair people they told me to use said it was a "maintenance" item and was NOT covered. The company they sent me to (NOT Pioneer) said they would fix it for much more than my deductible. I was extremely upset. (I will file another Angies list report on them) But after I called Pioneer, I calmed down. I am going to see if I can get my insurance co to use Pioneer. I wish I could remember the names of the gentleman and his son, but the repair slip is illegible and all I can make out is Justin (his Son, maybe?) I give Pioneer my strong recommendation.
