Description of Work: They did repair work on the condenser coil. The service man was good but the secretary was not very polite. I would give the service man a B and the secretary a C. We also bought a warranty plan with them. The secretary gave me a hard time when I called about submitting a service for warranty. We've also had them replace a water heater.

Description of Work: What a great experience. We were treated with such honesty and intention that I wished there was something else they could fix or replace for us. The price guarantee/warrantee and service replacement of a new air handler/ A/C . Heating unit was superb. They worked efficiently, and cleaned up afterwards. The explained thoroughly the differences in various units, pricing and warrantees. There was no sales pressure. Jerry, the service mgr. is a gem. PS-I am not related."

Description of Work: We have a silver service plan which provides us with two tune-ups per year and 10% off materials. A capacitor went bad on our air conditioner in October when it was 90 degrees out. We called and they were there at the house within an hour. Great service with reasonable prices.

Description of Work: Inspect HVAC for Mold in the air handler. Confirmed that Mold was growing in the air handler and recommended corrective action. Cleaned air handler coils, re-charged the FREON in the compressor and sprayed a solution into the air handler to kill any Mold Spores in the air ducts. Great job, reasonable price.

Description of Work: It took the best part of a day to complete. It went well! | |I got 4 bids (THEY WERE THE BEST ONE!) for the work. They replaced my entire HVAC system. They they gave me the Cadillac for the price of a Chevy. |I got the AMANA 4 ton 15.5 seer. 2 stage heat handler and compressor. 10 year parts and purchased 10 year labor warranty(Included In The Price Paid!). Aprilaire system and ComfortNet Communicating Thermostat. As of right now, I am very pleased.

+ -1 moreThey are wonderful. We are on a yearly maintenance plan with them because they offered the best service and gave us the best price. They are always on time. They are respectable and clean. They are everything you want. They charged us around $200 for the last service. They came in and corrected another company's mistake. They also did it for less than what that company was going to charge us. They are professional and follow-up. They are there when they tell you they are going to be there. They usually bring parts with them so that they don't have to go back and get them. They also do that so that you don't get charged the extra service call. We use their services every year.
Description of Work: Patrick's Heating & Air Conditioning Inc. provided heating and AC service for us about three months ago.

+ -1 moreWe are very pleased with them so far. They got here on time. When we called them to schedule an appointment they were on time, which doesn't always happen in the service and construction industry. They didn't charge us to come out and make sure we had air for the weekend, which we found amazing. We had somebody else out and they charged $170 to do an emergency kind of thing. We found them to be remarkable. They came on a Friday at 4 pm. They did the repair at no charge even though we hadn't had our air conditioner put in. Their prices are very reasonable. We found that we were going to save $1,700 on the new equipment over anybody else that we got estimates from. The other companies wanted anywhere from $1700-$2000 more. Friends of ours had recommended them. We haven't had the new air conditioner on to be able to say anything about the quality yet. We would use them again.
Description of Work: We are in the process of having new heating and air put in by Patrick's Heating & Air Conditioning. The air went out and they came in and did an emergency fix so that we would have air for the weekend.
