Told them to leave. I am not sure of the date but remember them well. If I had been on Angie's List at the time I would have written it then. Would never ever call them or recommend them!

The serviceman came out twice.  He was late both times.  In fact, he was due to come out between 2-4 PM on Friday.  He arrived at 8:45 PM.  I had called the office several times and was told he was on his way.  When I kept insisting for a time (by this time he was several hours late), the gentleman on the phone hung up on me.  The serviceman provided the services.  I have not had any problems with his work.  However, I cannot get over the lack of punctuality or the rudeness on the phone or lack to notify me he would be late.
