Description of Work: Cleaned the tile and laminate floors in the home I just purchased. Gave me a great deal taking into account there was no furniture to move. David and Rob were prompt, courteous, personable and spent about 5 hours turning my floors back to "brand new". They cleaned up everything when they were done and even swept the outside sidewalk to make sure nothing would get tracked in. David also gave me very helpful information about the area, which I'm new to. I would HIGHLY recommend Over The Top Cleaning.

Description of Work: Services provided was cleaning of dryer vent from laundry room to rooftop vent. David promptly contacted us to schedule the service date and arrange a mutually agreed time. He did an excellent job cleaning the duct and provided tips for maintaining the airflow. We will definitely use them again.

Description of Work: I purchased a dryer vent cleaning special from David Lew. He had a previous commitment in my area the next day so we agreed this would work out for both of us. Although he ended up running 30 minutes late for my appointment, he did call to explain (a good sign). Mr Lew was friendly and very courteous as he did his job both on the roof and in the house. He was impressed with my dryer setup and I was impressed with his thoroughness. Will have to keep his other skills (carpet/tile cleaning) in mind for the future.

After cleaning he had a tool that raked the carpet to fluff it back up. Was the best cleaning my carpet has ever had in the last six years I have had it.

Over The Top restored the home to its original beauty with meticulous detail and in a quick time frame that met our needs to move into our new home. They showed up on time everyday and completed the job in 2 days as promised working long days to meet our deadline. You name it David cleaned it and it looks brand new again. I would highly recommend them to family & friends and we will use him again !!

He did an excellent job on the carpets and was able to remove all signs of dirt in the high traffic area. He is friendly and professional. I really appreciated that he could work me in so quickly and did quality work.

+ -1 moreDavid, the owner, arrived promptly. Before entering my home, he covered his shoes with disposable booties. After I showed him the rooms to be cleaned, he took a special light to pinpoint the areas where my old dog had soiled the carpet. Next he used a commercial vacuum cleaner and vacuumed each room. Because he had long hoses running from his truck, through the garage into my house to the bedrooms, he used special corner covers to protect my walls as he worked with the hoses to clean the carpets. My house smelled wonderful because David used a cleaner that had a pleasant orange smell. I also had questions about cleaning the tile and grout in my house. He gave me an estimate based on square feet and then he spot cleaned a dark piece of grout. The result made the area look brand new. I will definitely use Over the Top Cleaning Service again. They take pride in their work and the end result shows it.

+ -1 moreIt went very well. David was very professional and very concerned with making sure we got what we needed. The 13 year old couch looked like new when he finished. It had cost $5,000 new and I couldn't afford to replace it with one of the same quality at today's prices. The fabric on both pieces brightened up considerably. I think he even got all the animal hair off the couch from 2 of our 3 cats who have died. Also there is definately no pet odor left and our current cat and dog don't get on those pieces. David left my house cleaner than when he found it and we were very pleased with his work and professionalism.
Description of Work: avid Lew, the sole owner/operator arrived at the door for his estimate wearing paper booties. He brought a machine to test the fabrics on my 10' long couch and 5' long love-seat. They were completely different fabrics. He have us an estimate of $300 to clean both and said exactly how he would clean them. He came to the cleaning appointment on time; again wearing the booties. He moved the pieces to be cleaned and took the 11 cushions involved outside and placed them on a plastic tarp. He vacuumed, washed and dried the non-cushioned portions of the furniture in the house and even cleaned the floor behind the sofa. After he vacuumed and washed the cushions outside,he let them dry in the sun while he continued to vacuum and wash. He put 2 hi-powered fans on the sofa frames to dry them. The washing was done via hose attached to a big machine in his van and the process only took 3 hours. Since the couch fabric was very thick, he stacked the pillows for it sideways and standing up on the couch and on a nearby chair. The love-seat cushion was left standing on it.
