I at first thought the price was high, but after watching him work and the results it was more than worth it. He is a professional with professional results.

They cleaned my dryer vent. They cleaned the dryer itself and up through the roof and the baffle on the roof. So, a full cleaning. I have no negatives at all. He did a great job, he was friendly, he was professional.

David was actually early for the appointment so he would be on time. He was pleasant and professional. I couldn't have asked for a better guy. I didn't think the carpet could look the way it did when we first moved into our home but Dave surprised me with the job he did. I literally lay on the floor when I come home instead of the couch. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND OVER THE TOP CLEANING FOR EVERYONE!

He did an outstanding job. Arrived on time, answered any and all of my questions. He worked very cleanly and moved the things that needed moving, that we could not move by ourselves. Davis is very knowledgeable, polite and friendly! My tile and grout, look like new!

Dave arrived right on time and was friendly, professional, and courteous. He cleaned the 4 bedrooms AND their respective closets, took care with the existing drapes in the living room. He wiped up all the excess water on the other flooring and generally cleaned up after himself. He also advised me(this house was not my house...I was 'babysitting' it!) on what type of carpeting I should buy when I have my carpeting replaced>

David arrived on tgime, identified himself. He was courteous, professional and efficient. He explained what needed to be done. He left the premises neat and tidy. I would definitely use him again if the need arose.

David Lew cleaned out our dryer vent and then cleaned up the hose and trimmed it to fit better. Then he cleaned out the dryer. David did all this professionally and neatly. I was extremely pleased with his service and would highly recommend his company for his services. We also hired David to clean our carpets and, while the cost was more than most "whole house" carpet cleaners, the results were outstanding. Again, I would highly recommend David. His company name, Over the Top, is aptly named, for his service is just that, over and above what you'd expect.

I am so glad I met David through Angie's List. He is a total professional, an extremely hard worker and a very knowledgeable person. I gave him an 80's carpet with an addition of 4+ years with three very hairy pets. He goes the extra mile. In the end, I gave him some very clogged up machines, I am sure, but he gave us carpets so clean that you couldn't differentiate the traffic patterns from those sections that had been underneath furniture forever, furniture that had no indications of "animal" invasion, and a shower that no longer was in danger of a Health Department visit. Was I pleased? Pleased, proud and amazed! Unfortunately for visitors, friends and family, they are not allowed anywhere in my house! Yes, I recommend David and Over the Top - very highly!!!!

When my neighbor was looking for someone to clean her carpet, I found this company for her on Angie's List. On the day that he completed my neighbor's carpet, I asked David Lew to give me an estimate on my carpet. He was professional, efficient and provided a written estimate. We scheduled the work for the following week. He arrived at the appointed time and immediately went to work. While I had moved all the small items, he moved some larger items including two sofas (one is a sleeper) and three rocker/recliners. (There were some very large and heavy pieces of furniture which we had previously agreed would not be moved.) He came prepared with fans and with covers to protect the door frames. In addition to the main carpet, he also cleaned the open floor space in each carpeted closet to avoid any possible demarcation. He finished by using a carpet rake to gently lift the pile and promote faster drying. He then returned the larger pieces of furniture to their place and put blocks under them to protect them from the damp carpet.. Both my neighbor and I are equally pleased with the job Over the Top Cleaning did for us.

David, the owner, is meticulous in every aspect of his work. There were two things that stood out from other companies I have used in the past. First, was that prior to cleaning the carpet he vacuumed around the edges of the walls and second was his concern for my property. He used corner protectors at the corner of the walls to keep the hose from rubbing against them. My carpets looked great! This is a rental and I did not expect them to turn out as well as they did.

Mr. Lew was very punctual, professional and extremely careful as he performed the carpet cleaning services. The equipment he uses is top-notch and he shared with us what he was doing through the whole process. Actually pointed out that there was an area carpet that we thought needed attention really did not need cleaning. The cleaning was performed in a very timely manner, Mr. Lew cleaned up after the job was completed and even wiped down the tile floors where the tile meets the carpeted rooms. Will definitely use Over the Top Cleaning Services again.

Our home was in need of expert cleaning and Mr. Lew did a great job! He was very efficient, used awesome products and worked very hard. Our floors look great - I would highly recommend him! Our carpet looks like new even though it is 7 years old and The tile sparkles.

David showed up on time and went to work, explaining everything to me, since he showed up to a nightmare! He was shocked I had not had a fire yet as the lint clogs went from my dryer to the roof! David continued to work, in the arctic cold no less, on the roof and in the house until he was confident he had complete the job. He was professional, compassionate, and diligent, making sure I was satisfied. In the hours since David has completed the work, I have dried 3 loads of heavy duty loads! A king size quilt that was taking at least 3 cycles has been completely dried in just ONE! I had no idea the seriousness of this task and am so thankful I called David! He will be here annually to clean my vent going forward! I recommend him to anyone needing any of his services. He is a hard worker, making an honest living! I am beyond happy and know the value can't be beat! He went above the call of duty for the quoted price. My fur babies and I thank you very much! Even though the cost was somewhat higher then other carpet cleaning companies we are happy with the choice we made. The owner, David Lew, arrived on time, did an outstanding job, spending over 2 hours cleaning the carpet. I would use his services again and would recommend this company.

We had our kitchen remodeled and the dust from the construction was in our rugs and on our chairs. Mr. Lew did an excellent job cleaning both the rugs and chairs.
