Ortiz worked to fit my schedule - and completed work when they said they would. My fixer upper home had significant smoking stains in several rooms - they put a stain blocking agent on then waited several days to be sure the stains would not show through - some areas were re-sprayed until a perfect white was all you could see before painting began. They used a top quality paint (not from a big box store). I replaced all of my interior doors & door casings with unfinished solid wood doors also replaced the floor trim and because of the great job they had already done I asked them to paint all 9 shaker style doors & casings (I wasn't aware before they told me but door seams have to be sealed before you paint them - so glad I didn't do them they would be a mess) I would definitely use Ortiz any time I need painting done.

Got three A rating painters from Angie's List. Two responded. Decided to give the job to Ortiz Exceptional Painting Services. The house was previously painted gaudy yellow on everything except the floors. The house is 1795 square feet with the high center of house ceilings. The three men arrived every morning on time. They were professional, pleasant and considerate. All the ceilings, walls, moldings and doors were painted. The quality of work was exceptional. The price was very reasonable. We are thrilled with the awesome job they did and would highly recommend them. We will be doing external painting in the future and will definitely call them.

The painting tuned out better than I could have expected. His price was very reasonable. We are also having remodeling done and he said when they have finished, to call him back up and he would come do touch up work. The guys working for him were so nice and helpful.

He arrived the date promised. He and his team take off all of the towel bars along with all light and outlet plates. Our home needed two coats of paint. They finished the 3 bedroom, 3 bath home in three days. To date, we have found no painting flaws.
