+ -1 moreOwner Richard came out , ordered the parts we needed, and came back and repaired our air handler , rewired our system that was wired wrong, with an override switch so it will shut down and not start a fire! It was nice having an honest man come out , as we were told that we needed a whole new system, instead he told us nothing wrong with airhandler just the fan and override switch! We are senior citizens, a DV veteran! I would highly recommend one Hour Air! If your looking for expert heating and Air call them! Very professional!

Description of Work: This was a great experience with a company I'd never done business with before, from my initial phone call to the completion of the job. Richard came to the house and inspected the system, including the attic. He pointed out to me some issues with the ductwork I was not aware of. | On installation day, the men arrived on time as promised. Mike and Willard were friendly, courteous, and totally professional. They went right to work, assuring me that my family would not be without air that night. Within half an hour they'd removed my old air handler and compressor. I expected that to take a lot longer. | They did a great job and answered all my questions. The Bryant 14SEER system they installed is wonderful. The 1 year labor,10 year parts warranty gives me peace of mind, and they had financing available with quick approval. My ductwork was repaired, and now the back rooms are cool like they should be. I recommend this company, and rate them A+++.
