Old Country Wood Floors

Description of Work: Name: All Sourface Rejuvenaions Plus: 6740SE 110th Suite 506, Beleview, Fl34420: They re- treated my hardwood floors in two bedrooms, hallway, and living room; pressure steamed to removed the buildup, rinse the areas and then applied a commercial Satin covering. My kitchen is connected to my Florida room and is porcelain tile. This floor was also pre-treated and steam cleaned and rinsed. The grout was sealed as well as the rest of the floor with commercial covering. I HAVE NOTHING BUT PRAISE THE PROFESSIONAL SERVICE THE RENDED. Respectively submitted, Joan and Ken Greve

Description of Work: Chip & Jeff arrived, introduced themselves and got right to work. We were having the kitchen, living room, dining room & 3 bedrooms done in engineered hardwood flooring with matching 3/4 round and mouldings. They also put 1/4 round around our tile areas so it looked a lot more professional than it did. First they had to take out the tile in the kitchen and the carpet in the rest of the house which they disposed of. They completed that and much to our amazement we had quite a few large cracks and also quite a few areas that were not level and I mean way not level. The crew dug in and corrected all the problems including the master bedroom that was so out of level that they had to use a mini jackhammer to take out some of the concrete (they did fill it) in order to level it. We should have expected this because we built with a production builder who just slapped them up and the buyer had to fix them later. Anyway they prepped all the floors and installed the most beautiful floor you have ever seen if you like the characteristics of wood. It is called Dancing Shadows by Anderson /Appalachian.
