Normans Used Apppliance

Worse product/service ever...don't waste your time and money. I should have listened to my instincts to never return to store when the father and daughter blatantly ignored me while having a shouting match to settle disagreement over putting sold tag on an item rather than trying accommodate my need to purchase frig and stove. I actually left and came back a few days later, only to buy a frig. that worked for 10 days. The appliances were delivered 2 days late to begin with which was another red flag. After frig quit working, I called for 2 weeks to complain about problem but was given excuse after excuse. They finally sent out a so-called tech who arrived 5 hours later than scheduled. He actually used some of my husbands tools and my hair dryer to work on it.They charged me $68.00 service call fee for a "free repair" that NEVER WORKED. When I called to see if we could work something out, I was told "you bought a used appliance that doesn't have warranty that's your problem." I told them to come pick it up but they said it was mine to dispose of...so now I have to find someone to pick up this piece of crap. Not only I'm out $325 plus the $68 for frig, I had to spend $200 to buy refrigerator with a warranty that actually works. Norman and his crew talk a good line but it ain't cheap...do yourself a favor go to the fellow down the street he's got better deals and quality goods.
