I think they build really good mobile homes. I got to choose the color I wanted. I chose my own countertop colors and the wallpaper and the color of the rug. I used one or two steps up of the quality of the rug. It is a pretty good quality rug. The carpeting throughout in here is really nice. The insulation is good. The wall paneling is all drywall. The duct work for the air-conditioning is all in the ceiling. I think it's an improvement compared to duct work in the flooring. It is easier to keep animals out of it and it just seems to centrally distribute the air better. They stuck with me. I had some problems with employment right in the middle of signing the contract with them. They stuck with me until I got a new job and made enough that the mortgage company would honor. I think it's a really good quality mobile home. The price is very good.
