Nature’s Choice Carpet and Upholstery Cleaning

He is extremely polite, explains to you about the stains, if he feels they will reappear, he will tell you. When he leaves, the carpets look wonderful. I have used them for 9 years.

They do a fantastic jobl. Arrived on time and were finished very fast. The carpet dried within 2 1/2 hrs. after they finished. There were a lot of pet stains (urine and feces) and they got all the stains out as well the odor. I will be using them every month to clean the carpets.

We had always had our carpets steam cleaned, and were always dismayed when the carpets started looking dirty again after a short time. Then a friend of ours (who used to clean carpets) told us to try one of the Chem Dry franchises. So we did. The first time we used Nature's Choice Chem-Dry was just by a yellow pages search. We were delighted with the results and the longevity of the cleaning. So this year when it was time to get the carpets cleaned again we did not hesitate to call Nature's Choice again. They are prompt in arriving, and the 2-person team gets right to it and works steadily to get the job done. One of the extra bonuses with Chem Dry is that there is very little moisture in the carpets when they are done, so after about 2 hours you can put any small furniture back and actually walk on the carpets. With steam cleaning it could take until the next day. In particular we were impressed with the carpets in our office. We spend a LOT of time there and so do our two cats. So this carpet gets a lot of traffic and cat hair. In the past when we had steam cleaning done they would go over the office area 2-3 times and still not get it clean. With Chem-Dry it took them a couple of passes, but the results were amazing, and over a month later still look great. Update: 3/8/14 We just had our carpets cleaned again and as usual they look wonderful. Unfortunately we have heard that the owner wants to retire and is trying to sell the business. We sure hope the new owner will provide the same high quality work that we are used to from this vendor.
