When you have a stranger at home it is never easy, However Tony is from this area and he had a couple of stories to share which made it more comfortable for me and my wife. He started the work immediately on his arrival; I did not have time to review his strategy but however he has done this many times therefore my expectations were met. It is imperative no matter what contractor you use, you have to review the work before he or she begins, it is mainly to understand the logistic, the structure and how is going to affect you and your family with the work to be performed, especially if you and your family live in the house, it is not to question of knowledge of the contractor. Again as my comments above he started on the cleaning of the return duct which is the right step on this procedure. Again you could cut a lot of your cost if you do some bargaining and preliminary work by yourself, Do yourself a favor inspect the ducts with a flashlight or your iphone (you may take pictures before and after) maybe ask to clean worst ducts. The fresh air supply ducts were not as bad as I was expecting especially with the weather rollercoaster we have here in Florida. I moved the air filter from the Furnace to the Vent cover of the return. This will eliminate the completely the possibility of the return to get dirty again.

The whole job went very well. He did a great job with the cleaning and then allowed me to wipe up the floor behind the dryer before he moved it back into place. He explained what he was doing and why it should be done frequently. While at our home, he also gave us an estimate of the cost for doing the air vents in our home. Was not pushy with getting an appointment for that job but suggested we have it done in the near future if not by him then by someone else as they did need cleaning. We thought the price was fair for the work he did and will certainly call him for work in the future.

When I initially called this guy, his price was 60.00. He told me that he could come over the same day and do the job. Since it was the first price I called about, I wanted to check around to see if it was reasonable. He told me that he would do it for 40.00 if I found his ad in the paper. This guy called my house back while I was out and my husband found his add in the local paper and let him come and do the job for less money, 39.00 plus 7.00 for the clamp. He did a good job and was professional, but I don't understand why the price was different when I told him that I got his name from Angie's list. He told my husband that he pays for a membership for Angie's list. I found this unacceptable because Angie's list states that no one could pay to be on their list. I was troubled about this and called Angie's list and was assured that no one pays to be on the list. They can pay to advertise. This company had no record of paying for advertising. I don't think I should have to pay extra after paying for membership myself to use Angie's list. I am looking for good work at the best price. Still don't understand why the price difference except that he was in the area and needed the business.

Exceptional work, I would suggest to all my friends and family. You can't beat the price, and he is very professional. My review took far to long to write I have been very busy. I watched a video, where they had a machine that used a brush that spins while it extracts the dirt. This is what this company does. I couldn't be happier, I'm very glad I used this service.

I called and made an appointment immediately. The work was completed as quoted. While doing the work I learned about the ac system and what I needed to do to maintain the system properly and how often I needed to change filters. I have 10' ceilings throughout the house and was not charged more because of it. I had gone on several sites that allowed you to self quote duct cleaning and Mid-State Duct Cleaning was almost half the price of the retail store price. I am very happy with the job that was done. Mid-State was on time, informative and a pleasure to deal with.

Tony was on time and professional. He came in and completed the work in a timely manner and covered up areas to prevent the dust from getting onto furniture/electronics. Looking forward to receiving my air filter in the near future to help stop the small particulates as well as save money from having to purchase disposable filters.

I was extremely satisfied with Tony Capobianco. He arrived on time n took great care explaining every detail of what he was doing and did such a great job on all our vents and dryer ducts that they looked like knew. He cleaned as he went along I was impressed. I will definetly be using him and Angie's list again. Thanks again Tony.

We hired Tony as a result of all of his positive ratings on Service Magic. The ratings are all accurate. He shows up on time (or calls well in advance), he has all the equipment he needs and he works carefully. After the initial estimate we had some personal issues that made us cancell the first two appointments. Tony was very patient and understanding. We also have 12 foot vaulted ceilings, so we asked Tony to rent a 10 foot ladder to do the work, which he did. This added $16 to our total. Since this was the first time we have had this type of service, we were surprised at how long it took (that's not a complaint- just an observation). Our house is 2500 sf and it took Tony about 5 1/2 hours. My husband has a very hard time just sitting and watching service people, so he chipped in and help Tony with the minor clean-up needed around each vent. I don't know how much longer it would have taken if he hadn't helped. All-in-all we would highly recommend Mid-State Duct Cleaning.

He was on time, very courteous and professional. Was very careful around and with the furniture and all the little knick-knacks. Took the time to explain what he was doing and offering suggestions to improve the cooling and operation of the system. I would not hesistate to recommend his services.

Very professional and arrived on time when he said he would. The estimate was what he said it would be and no other hidden costs.Explained what he had to do and even painted the duct covers for me. I would recommend this company to friends and family. I would use this company again.

He was here for a few hours and he showed me what he was cleaning. I just found him in the telephone directory but I have kept his card and I will be using him again.

Very professional, great job. He sold me a very good filter for my AC unit. It is the best ones. Very up front with everything with the temperatures of the home. Knowledgeable guy, very prompt and cleaned up.
