Mid-State Duct Cleaning

Tony called a little before the appointment time to ask for directions and tell me when he would arrive. When Tony arrived, I showed him around the house and he told me what he would be doing. Mike did most of the work. Both Mike and Tony were pleasant, efficient, and very professional. Tony explained some of the work as they went along. (As an aside, Mike was very easy on the eyes.) Both men did a great job and they cleaned up after themselves. I would recommend them and rehire them in a flash.

Tony was awesome!! He took every single vent down and cleaned them, vacuumed inside every vent, and have us useful tips for keeping our air clean! Would highly recommend him again and again!

Tony returned my phone call within 15 minutes and scheduled a visit. He called 1/2 hour before to confirm as he promised. He arrived on time and though my dryer is in a very small place he accessed it and did his job quickly, professionally and cleaned up after himself. He is scheduled to return to clean out our vents. He was a pleasure to work with and I highly recommend him.

I would not recommend this company. I set up the service weeks in advance. He did not call the day before to confirm the appointment, so I was not sure he was even coming. He did call the morning of appointment to say they were running late. They brought a large vacuum cleaner with a long hose into my house. A technician placed the end of the hose into each air conditioner vent to supposedly vacuum them out. But I never saw him extend the long hose fully into the air conditioner vents. There was no attachment on the hose that I could see that would allow the technician to extend the hose into the full length of the vent. I was walking around the house doing other things but watching what they were doing. When I called to set up the appointment the owner requested a morning appointment because the AC ducts were in the attic. But they never once went into the attic to access the AV ducts as the previous AC duct cleaner did. The owner did remove the vent covers and cleaned them with chlorine I had in my garage. He actually told me he was cleaning the vent covers with my chlorine and asked if this was this OK. If you are going to charge me $300 to clean my AC ducts you should bring your own chlorine to clean the vent covers. He also tried to sell me filters for $70 that I could buy on the Internet for $46 (including shipping). I will never use this company again. I think I just wasted $300.

Tony arrived promptly at the estimated time. Said 11am instead of a window of time. Also estimated that it would take about 4 hours which it did. Price was good. He went through the house and washed each vent in the sink and then used his special vacuum to clean out the vents. He use ozone to sanitize the ducts of any odors. Afterwards, he cleaned out the dryer vent. He recommended to change the air filter once a month and also had quality washable air filters for reasonable prices. He was friendly to both us and our children. Will definitely look him up the next time I need my ducts cleaned.

Tony arrived on time. He then walked through my Gardenia home telling me exactly what he was going to do. He then proceeded to remove and clean all the vent grills and duct work. The total time was about 3 hours including cleaning up. I was very satisfied with his work and I plan on Tony doing it again in 3 - 4 years. Using the Roto brush and vacuum Tony cleaned all the ducts and washed the covers to the ducts. Great job. I would Recommend Tony to anyone needing duct cleaning. You will not be disappointed if you give Tony a call.

Tony did a beautiful job. He used a high power vacuum with brush attachments and cleaned and deodorized our duct work. He also found a lot of debris and removed it. Couldnt believe what was in our ducts. Our home feels like the cooling system is working much more efficiently

I called to have my dryer vent duct cleaned of lint. Tony Capobianco, the owner answered the phone. He informed me that he would be at my house in about two hours. He actually arrived early and quickly determined that the metal duct in the attic leading to the roof was broken. He spent several hours in the very hot attic repairing the broken pipe and cleaning.. Excellent work and very fast service.

The owner is the one who answers when calling. I received a quote over the phone after answering some questions about my home. He and his son came to my house and performed the cleaning. I inquired about cleaning the coils in the air handler and they opened it to inspect. Finding it was unnecessary, as it was clean, and did not charge any extra. They cleaned all registers and intake grills and disinfected the ducts. I didn't give an excellent for quality in my review only because this is my first time using this type of service. Having no comparison, I scored them good. I would recommend based on all the above, and I was able to get an appointment within a few days of my call, and the way based they based the price of the service.

Very nice man. Initially he came out to clean my dryer duct as my dryer wasn't cooling as it should have been. Part of the problem was the dryer vent attachment which someone else fixed, but the vent needed professional cleaning too. However upon his recommendation, since we'd been in the house for 5 years and never had the air ducts cleaned, we scheduled an appointment to have this done. Went very smoothly. He was on time, focused, and finished when he said he would. And, just as he said, I noticed a definite difference when dusting since..much less dust and my vents are clean & clear. Part of routine home maintenance should include this service. Glad we did it and happy to recommend Mid State.

We had been thinking about whether or not the duct works actually needed cleaning and after researching on the internet (in particular Angie's), concluded that a cleaning was essential. After researching Angie's List and based on the many favorable comments, we contacted Mid State Duct Cleaning. Tony and his son Mike appeared at our door at the appointed time and proceeded to do a thorough cleaning job at the agreed to price. They conducted themselves in a professional and pleasant manner and in fact Tony answered questions I had about our system and offered suggestions about its operation. I highly recommend their company and would most certainly use them again when needed.
