Jeff and crew were very good, cleaned up afterwards, and show us how the system worked. Now when we take a shower it feels so soft on our skin. It fit perfectly in the garage.

He came out a couple of times after to fix leaks to the existing plumbing to the softner, and this wasn't his problem. And, he came out the same day I called. This man is here to help his customers, not to rip them off. He is highly recommended!! He is pleasant and professional.

I called Jeff on a Sunday to leave a message to make an appointment. He answered the phone and he came over right away (Yes on a Sunday). His price was great and he did the work in no time. Very reasonable and very personable. Totally recommend him to anyone who needs a water softener or has water issues.

Jeff was very knowledgeable and explained what he was doing and why he was doing it. Since we have an older model he suggested an upgrade to a new model, giving us the advantages and how the newer model would save money in the long run. We plan to have him come back and install the new system next year.

I called Jeff to have our water tested after being completely dissatisfied with another company's pricing on softeners. Jeff confirmed the prior test results and walked me through what water treatment system he recommended quite patiently. On the day of the install they were quick, courteous, and professional. The price was much less than competitors for the same equipment. I would highly recommend Jeff to do a water softener installation, and, in fact, will likely use him at my mother's home in the near future. He's a great guy to do business with.

The service you receive from these people can not be beat. Excellent doesn't quite cover it. Above and beyond any expectations you may have. This is the 2nd time I have called this company for service. First time was for my Dad's system and we couldn't have been more pleased. This time was for myself and again I could not have asked for anything more. You can not go wrong using this company. I sure will be recommending to all my friends!!

Mid-Fla Water Conditioning was punctual, professional and friendly. He came out, assessed the situation, installed the water filtration system, explained how it worked, and told us how to maintain it. The system practically maintained itself. There was nothing for us to buy to maintain it, which made it easy. It had an automatic discharge line He even cleaned our water pipes out under our mobile home. We immediately noticed the smell was gone from our water, and the toilet tanks were clear of iron for the first time since the well was installed 4 years ago. After doing our first load of laundry, we looked at the washing machine filter screen-and it was clear of calcium chunks! Wow. The bath water ran clear for the family, instead of the normal yellow/brown color. We should have done this years ago.

They showed up on time, got everything installed properly with no problems. They walked me through how the softener worked and how to maintain it. Very polite and friendly, would recommend them to a friend

Jeff and Sheri were courteous, prompt and professional. No hard sell, just facts, figures and honest advice. Jeff installed a new water softener and R/O filter. The gentleman knows his business. He stayed until the job was done and came back to make a minor adjustment the same day. Competent business owners who aim to please and succeed very well.

He had to re-route the water lines I by passed and connected the whole house filter. After he was though he showed me the under sink filter and tank, it was a good looking compact unit. I decided to go for the whole package, one reason was the tank under the sink looked like it was rusting out on the bottom. After Jeff started checking it out found a small leak that was causing the rust problem. He cleaned up the plumbing under the sink, originally it was a real patch work looking job. It is neat and orderly now. Jeff put in a lot of time, was cheerful and you could tell he knew what he was doing. I thank Angies list for this recommendation and know I will have pure water for some time.

We just bought a new house that has horrible well water. There was a preexisting water softner that my husband had 2 different people look at that said it was working but needed other equipment due to high sulfur odor in the water. When I got down to the house I wouldn't even take a shower in the water. I called Jeff and he answered the phone and came out within an hour. He did water testing in the house first and said the softner wasn't doing its job and needed to be replaced. Jeff also suspected that the sulfur smell may be due to the mag rods in the new water heater that was installed, since the smell only came when the hot water was on. We set an appt for Jeff to return with a new system. Of course my husband and I were at an impass, he felt since 2 other people came out and said the softner was working, but we needed this, that, this, that...... they were right. My googling educated me that I had a 15 year old disposable Kenmore water softner well past its life span. A few days later Jeff brings out the new system and hooks it up. But first we chlorinate the lines in the house to clean them out. Let me just tell you if you have never done this.... DO IT !! We let the lines sit just over 2 hours. When I turned my faucets back on, 4 of them had solid black water coming out, the others a brownish color. We still saw a little brown water here and there out of the faucets yesterday and today. I will never live in another house, whether well or city water, without flushing my water lines. I was bathing in that junk......yuck. Back to the point. Immediate change in water quality.... you could drink now without curling your lip. It actually tasted like the water in the bottles I buy in the store. And the best part.... the sulfur smell is almost non-existant. Even my husband now agrees we needed a new system. I honestly didn't think Jeff was trying to sell me something I didn't need. Obviously I did need a new system and it was proven with the immediate water quality improvement. We are very happy with our water now and would recommend Jeff to anyone. Keep in mind people, if your system is old and your house lines junked up- your not getting good water. Time to change that , call Jeff.

Initial response time from Mid Fl. was excellent. Was presented with Iron removal equipment and/or softener unit. Water test showed low Iron (I was surprised by that; thought it would be extremely high). Opted to try only softener unit initially since the Iron removal equipment was somewhat expensive. I am not saying Mid Fl. Iron equipment was priced too high, as I had all ready done some research on our water problems and knew price ranges, but since we tested low, thought we'd try inexpensive route (softener) first. So far, it has appeared to take care of the problems. There was no high-pressured sale tactics; came next day w/equip. and installed fairly quickly. Also, followed up with a call to us to see if we had any problems, questions, about 3 weeks after install. At this point, very satisfied with service and equipment.

The owner, Jeff had to come several times to evaluate our old system and make appropriate proposals for a new one. Even though we ended up not using him for want of a particular product that we had in mind, he was gracious, and accepted our final decision without any quams. I think Jeff is a great guy, and I felt sorry that we did not use him. But I definetely will keep him in mind for a future project in the event that arises, and have no problem recommending him for other members

The sulfur in our water is extremely strong. We did not want to rent a sulfur removal system, but wanted to purchase one from someone who would stand behind their product. We believe we have found that provider. He clearly has his customers' best interest at heart. He worked diligently to install an efficient system that would remove the sulfur. We're happy to say that we have found someone who cares about providing us with a good system that will keep our water clean and clear. The system has only been in place for a week, but so far our water is crystal clear without a hint of a sulfur odor. We're very grateful for the service we received from Mid FLA Water Conditioning. The provider was honest, professional, courteous, and reliable. And the system was reasonably priced, compared to other treatment systems we priced. My understanding is that there are two Mid FLA Water Conditioning Providers. Please refer to the phone number or e-mail address in this review for the provider I am recommending.
