+ 0 moreMark worked quickly and was here when he said he would be. I've used his services again since this time. Very satisfied with his work.
Description of Work: installed new bathroom faucets (2), installed new shut off valves (5), installed new wax rings in two toilets. I provided the faucets and wax rings.

+ -1 moreI called Mark because I usually try to call individuals that own companies. I know they can't afford to pay for ads like the bigger companies do and usually you will get great personalized service. I'll never ever call this guy again. He completely lost it. I don't know what he'ld do if someone was actually angry at him. He completely freaked and lost all control of his temper because I was unhappy about waiting. Personally I am glad he left without my having to call the police on his hysterical behavior.
Description of Work: Mark arrived approx. 3hours late for my scheduled appt. Rather than apologize because I was unhappy with waiting for him. Mark started yelling at me and waving his arms around in my yard, telling me he didn't need this and he didn't care if I needed help it wasn't his problem. He called me some obscene names loudly,started throwing items in his truck and slamming doors, jumped in his truck and he and his wife ROARED OFF.I called another company (Meeks) and they were here in 25 minutes and were NICE and laughed when I told them about the way Mark had acted.
