+ -1 moreI had used Carl before and thought he did a very nice job. He works fast and is neat and tidy. He puts on quite a few coats of paint, even paint and primer in one.

+ -1 moreHe came to look at the job after playing phone tag several times. He gave me a price and agreed to be there Monday about 7:30 AM. He arrived nearer 8 AM, which was fine. He had all his equipment with him, and his ride left him at my house. He began applying the primer while I went to get more paint, as I had not gotten enough. It took one gal. of primer and 3 gals. of paint to do a small bedroom. He also did the baseboard in that room, plus the doors and frames, and the baseboard and one wall in the hallway with an off-white paint. He replaced the face plates for the receptacles and was very neat and tidy. He cleaned up after himself and didn't get paint anywhere that it wasn't supposed to be (even tho I told him I was going to replace the carpet). I couldn't believe that he did all that in one day. The painting was done very professionally, too.
Description of Work: He looked at all the painting I wanted done but discovered a structural flaw that has to be repaired before he can do the outside painting. So he painted a bedroom for me. He applied a primer and then the color. He told me it was 4 coats total. The color applied was very dark blue over ivory, so I wasn't sure why so much paint was required. I think it may have been to make the wall flaws not show. However, the result is lovely.

+ 2 moreExtremely neat, fast, clean, professional and reasonably priced!!! Never had someone who could cut in as quickly and as perfectly as this painter!!!
Description of Work: Repaired cracked drywall with a satin lace finish. Repaired mistakes that the first painter had made. Painted interior walls with several accent wall paint changes.
