.First of all, it took about 2 weeks to finally make an appointment for him to come out and see what the trouble was. I had originally called because the sweeps in the bottom of the pool don't seem to be rotating like they should to push the dirt to one area. He kept telling me to call back another time; no time seemed convenient for him to give me an appointment. Finally, when he was able to come, he gave me a time between 11:30-1 PM. It was almost 1 PM when he had not shown up, so I called him. He is not good at following directions, and it took him several tries before he finally arrived. He then saw water coming out of the pump and took it apart. He found a broken part, which he had to order. The part came on Wed., the 19th. He was supposed to come yesterday, the 20th, to put it on "because we work in your section of town on Thurs." I called him late in the afternoon, and he was still working somewhere else. He said he would call when he was finished there. He did not call that I know of because he left no message, and I had to leave about 4:30 PM. I have called today to find out when he is coming to install the part. I could not hear him but every other sentence when he answered the phone, and we both hung up. When I called back, he just let it go to voice mail. I have not been able to reach him since, so I have no idea when or if my pump is going to be fixed.

Reliable and inexpensive.

They are more reasonable than other companies. They are very dependable. They are here every Wednesday and never miss a day. My pool I always clean. They are friendly and courteous.
