Description of Work: I had called and it took a long time for him to get back. When he called, he did apologize and said he was on vacation and he would come out to give me a quote. He said he'd be out a few days later, but called and said he got stuck somewhere because of the rain. He let me know it would be a couple more days before he could come back. When I called him he again apologized saying he wouldn't be able to make it and gave me another date. I called him to let him know I would expect him on that date and I'd leave the gate open and I never heard back from him.

Description of Work: I called twice in one day and they never returned my call. I even sent them an email and got no response from them. I called Star Lawn Service instead. Waiting for a return call today. Will see if I get a call.

+ 0 moreSteve returned my call right away to come out for an estimate. I had just moved into my new home and the yard needed some sprucing up. I have a small yard with a lot of small bushes. Steve and his crew did a great job of trimming them. The yard looks much neater and the plants seem much healthier. Steve also spent time answering questions that I had regarding care of certain plants. I have now hired Lawn Enhancement for maintenance. I plan to do some extensive work on my yard in a few months and I plan to use Lawn Enhancement to do the job. Great job. I highly recommend Lawn Enhancement.

Description of Work: Left message requesting they provide an estimate for monthly lawn maintenance. I received a call back, but was told they couldn't provide me with a quote without me telling them how much I paid our previous lawn care provider. When I refused, they told me thank you and hung up. Haven't received a call back yet.

We had others before this service but you continually had to watch the other services to make sure they did their job. With Lawn Enhancement, you can tell the owner what you want and he will get it done right. He is willing to talk to you about any of your concerns. I highly recommend him and would tell anyone to look no further for lawn service,

+ -1 moreContacted firm for an estimate on lawn services. Owner spent approx. two hours surveying property and pointing out areas of concern that would be addressed. Showed up on time to do the contract work and had us check that everything was done to our satisfaction. Then sent a separate crew to trim palm trees and bushes. The crews did a satisfactory job and cleaned up all debris to perfection
Description of Work: Has a contract to do ongoing lawn maintenance and will trim shrubs in off season. Also trimmed all palm trees for a resonance fee
