+ -1 moreWe were in contact over the course of several months. He gave me a rough estimate over the phone. Then I called him to give me a firm estimate and to give me references. He promised to email me references and to call me the following week to set up a time to give me an estimate. He failed to send me the references. He failed to call me back. I called him several times and left messages. I never heard from him.
Description of Work: I wanted to have a stencilled floor installed.
