+ -1 moreHe is good. He has a crew who comes around. They show up when they are supposed to. I never had a problem with them. One time, moved some flowers with one stretch removed, but that was my fault and I haven't told them. He does a lot of the commercial properties and a very few residential properties. I pay once a month. He is excellent. He has no problem. If he has any question about anything, he will ask. The beginning of the year, he wants you to lay out what parts of the lawn you want mowed and what you want to trim. If you have any specific area that needs individual attention, he needs to know that too.
Description of Work: Kenneth A Wooddell came out to do mowing and trimming on the 28th of October. He works from the beginning of the March till the end of the October every year.
