They fixed my issue with the water filter.

I got a rapid response to my inquiry, which was a plus, but I did not get an estimate. He said he was on his way over and then charged me $95 for a service call. If I had known it was that high for a service call, I would have looked for another provider. He was unable to fix my washer, and my cat had gotten behind the dishwasher and knocked the cord loose from the wall, so there was no repair needed for it. I thought the Home Advisor service was free, but he said the reason his service call was so high is because he has to pay Home Advisor for the referral, so we're actually paying for the service. I'll look locally from now on.

Responded to my inquiry the same day. Was able to come to the house the same day and performed 2 services for me - a security installation and dryer vent clean-out. Excellent work and fairly priced. Very professional. I would recommend his services.

Completed task is n a timely manner. Both he and his wife were friendly and courteous.

He kept in touch with us until he came to do the work. Arrived on time and stayed on task until work was done. Took longer to complete work, but did not charge more than the estimate.

Keith and his wife arrived on time and had the dryer vent cleaned in under 20 minutes. He also replaced the duct pipe from the dryer to vent at no charge. I would recommend his company to others.

Keith and his wife came the same day that I contacted Home Advisor! They go out of their way to accomplish the tasks that I needed done, which included finding and installing my vertical blinds, removing a dog door and installing door knobs and a latch for my doors. They both are very knowledgable and innovative. I couldn't be more pleased with their work! I will most certainly have them back.
