Keith was very polite, patient and knowledgeable. He spent a lot of time with me on the phone trying to troubleshoot the problem with my refrigerator. When we realized that I couldn't solve the problem myself he was at my house the next day. Keith was very thorough, but also worked quickly, and he cleaned up after the work was done. The refrigerator and freezer are working perfectly now, and he saved me a ton of money by not having to buy a new one! Highly recommended!

Kieth came out to repair our eight-year-old refrigerator. The refrigerator was beyond repair but I asked him while he was here if he could do something with one of our windows. He repaired the window without additional charge and did a great job.

Mr. Fugate returned my call immediately even though it was an evening call made on Saturday night. He arrived at promised time the next am. He completed the job, and went above and beyond, and cleaning up after he finished. A true professional.

We were able to agree on a price, work was completed the same day. They were very prompt and curtious I would hire again.

He came on short notice and did a good job.

He took one look at my appliance and was able to diagnose the problem right away. He had the part needed so there was no delay in getting the repair done. My appliance is working again.

Keith called and advised appointment be reschedule for later afternoon . When he arrived checked Washer, diagnosis problem explained cost . Supplier contacted and parts ordered. Keith pickup new parts ,installed them and explained process. Overall good experience only thing that could make it better would be lower cost for parts and labor. That said I wouldn't hesitate to hire Keith from K3 Repair Service again.

K3 Repair was prompt in responding and in doing the repair. The work was well. The base price for a visit seems a bit high but I expect the competition probably charges the same.
