Very punctual. John knows what he is doing. Replaced rollers. Afterwards the door was sticking a bit, I emailed him on a Sunday (telling him I won’t expect an answer before Monday); however, he replied right away, and made an appointment to come back out (20miles) the nextmorning. I thought that was very impressive. Door just needed a bit of an adjustment. - no problem for John.
Description of Work: Large sliding door was difficult t to open.

terrible will never use again.
Description of Work: I used this company when I first bought my home in 2010. Had no issues. Called again about Nov 6th 2016. He came with his assistant. Fixed the sliding door. No problem. He was to replace my screen windows on my patio. This is were my problem began. I was not going to comment but this became a problem. I am annoyed for the service rendered and this may help someone else.I refused to pay for unsatisfactory work See the results of the screens in 9 weeks . Below is the letter I sent to JNC LLC December 1, 2016 JNG, LLC. 4632 N.E. 13th St., Ocala, FL 34470. (352) 208-7189 Dear Mr. Gallagher It is with some regret that I write this letter. First, I am not one to throw good people under the bus. Therefore I will not comment on any site about the work done at my home. I a thankful that you fixed my door, so I have attached a check in the amount of $40.00 for the repair. I was quite surprised to receive your voice message when I returned from the doctor, this past Tuesday, since we had made arrangements for you to come any day between (Thursday and Saturday) of this week. I have no idea if you checked the screens to see that they were coming apart and were quite loose. This was a legitimate concern. When we spoke on Monday Nov 28th , I expressed my concerns and during the conversation you made this remark “ Well, you haven’t paid the $200 either” This took me by surprise, since I did give you my email address to send the bill. It was not sent. The comment you left on my phone Tuesday, stating you ‘left the screen wire and will not be able to satisfy me as a customer’ I am not one of those who think the customer is always right. Prior to me locating to Ocala, I ran a successful business. I made sure that if I did any job for the customers , that it was done right the first time to their satisfaction. I don’t feel I was unreasonable in inquiring about the amount of screen wire your assistant used or that the job was not done right. You are a professional and I did not have any issues with the work you did when I moved into the house 6 years ago. This was why I recommended my friend to use you. However, I cannot agree with your assessment of me that I was not satisfied. The job was not done right. The screens were loose, they are supposed to be tight, so they were falling apart. I was measuring my drapes for the patio this past weekend and found the issues I addressed, which I thought were very reasonable. The cuts/holes or the shortened ropes not secured in the corners of the screens were legitimate concerns. I am very sorry that you have taken this personally. It was not my intent. I fully understand that you are going through some sadness and for that I apologize that I had to bring your assistant’s work to your attention, but as you stated, you can’t please me, I will try to have someone to do the job With Regards Gloria-jean Trott
