JIM PERCY'S AIR CONDITIONING

I contacted this company when we needed a new AC as they had been servicing our oil unit for many years and have been in the AC business for a few years. They were responsive and came to check our old unit promptly. They added coolant and suggested perhaps the unit would last a little longer. They also gave us a price for a new AC unit in writing. Then everything came apart. Our unit did not continue to cool for more than a few weeks. We then contacted them on several occasions including telling them that we were ready to order our AC unit. On one occasion i spoke with a family member and was told they were having some family issues. I tried to be patient and called several times and left messages, but no one ever returned my call. We eventually had to contact another company for the job. It pains me to write this review, because we have been very well treated by Mr Jim Pearcy and his wife since we bought our house in 1992 and the service up to this time had been exemplery.

I am satisfied with them. They come every six months because I have a service contract with them. They are professional. They let me know when they are coming and I set up an appointment with them. They arrive on time and their work is good.
