Description of Work: The company's "boss" had done some small jobs for us very well. When we asked if they paint houses, we were told yes, they had a guy who does just that. We got an estimate that was very fair and work began immediately--done by another person I'd never met. He was lazy and did almost nothing for a few days. After a few missed days, the owner showed up on a weekend to help this fellow finish the work. It was a terrible mess and I still haven't finished cleaning up all of the paint spills and mistakes. The job was never finished, either, as raw wood in the trim around our chimney was never painted. I have been trying to get them to come back and paint that for a couple of months now, but they've stopped making excuses and now just don't reply. I'm extremely disappointed, especially in Mike, the--I assume--owner because I have a shoulder injury awaiting surgery and can't go up the ladder to finish the job myself.
