Description of Work: I live in a rural area and Jack's does not come out here, but Jack himself was kind enough to respond to me via email and tell me what could be wrong with my Frigidaire range, no charge. Just a very professional and obviously intelligent guy. I was able to do a little further research on the Internet, order the part, and fix it myself. That was my only choice since the only repair service who will come out here had already been here and charged $65 to tell me the stove was not defective. Well, now that I fixed it, with Jack's We-Fix-It's help, I can finally bake again.

Description of Work: I called him regarding an LG dryer. He called back and said that he did not fix LG dryers. However, he gave me some great tips to correct the problem I was having. My dryer is working much better. He did this at no cost. I would definitely call him if I had another appliance issue not related to LG.

Description of Work: Used their coupon. They tried to be helpful by returning our call even over the weekend. They came as soon as possible, fixed the problem, volunteered a special part used to prevent recurrence. We would definitely use them again.

Description of Work: Repairman arrived on time and fixed problem (minor) in a short period of time. Repairman was friendly, professional and was happy to discuss and repair problem.

Description of Work: Service call to repair trash compacter, repaired it quickly and only charged me the service call of 69.95, also gave me some tips on my clothes dryer which helped me out. Very nice to deal with.
