I had to ask for a written estimate before the job began. I wasn't offered. Although the repairs were more because of unseen extended problems arising . I was satisfied with the work done but although I have already paid in full I'm still waiting for the finished invoice which shows paid and work done and written warrentys on it. I have requested at least 3 times and am still waiting. Because I see it as no warrenty with out in in writing.

Answered all my questions. Gave tips for sod care. Sod is doing well so far. Sod installed just a week ago.

Very professional and hard working. Just as important, they were very responsive. The reviewed the work to be done and performed the task right even going beyound the original task and completing additional work.

Had a hard time keeping in touch and the price kept changing. Ran out of sod and had to wait more than a week with 1/2 a front yard due to bad measuring and being shorted on sod by supplier. I will admit I made some minor changes but should have had it remeasured. Also was offered my deposit back before job start.

This company is comprised of hard working, honest, knowledgeable and talented forward thinking artists. They converted my property into a beautiful showplace. The centerpiece of the transition is the artfully crafted stone wall around the front of the house. The wall is fashioned so that three circular patterns meld into each other creating an almost 3D effect. The wall encapsulates some beautifully designed beds with a Palm tree focal point. They also crafted a really nice paver patio with wall around our Lanai area. Ben did everything he said he could do and more. He also did everything he said he "would" do and more. This is a stand up business run on principles of integrity and artfully custom designed work at very reasonable prices. I am really thankful to have found Majestic eScapes through HomeAdvisor. What a find!!! As a retired Army Command Sergeant's Major of 27 years service and former leader of over 24,0000 of Americas finest Warrior Soldiers, I have come to recognize professional ethics, dedication and skilled craftsman. Fantastic job installing/fixing my properties sprinkler system.

Outstanding work, very efficient and extremely knowledgeable. Made great suggestions for future work which we will be doing. Would definitely recommend for any kind of sprinkler or landscaping work.

ExpectContractor to be late as after a hurricane, so much work out there for tree contractor like him.

Ben and Jason were very professional and did an excellent job of cleaning up our property after hurricane Irma. They did everything they said they would do and then some.

Our home was being sold in a very short time. Hurricane Irma came through and flattened 6 trees. Majestic eScapes removed the trees from around the house and planted many large and small flowering shrubs as well as one lovely flowering tree. The result is beautiful. I would highly recommend Majestic eScape!!!!

They did a good job,and done in one day

Actually part of quote was to fix fence but not done. Wanted to charge more for cutting roots under fence for over $300. Said they needed a different saw. I did most with a reciprocal saw. My neighbor did the 4 inch with an ancient saw and pulled out with chain. ALL FREE. He even gave me free fencing which I will do myself.

This firm was responsive in a timely manner and gave us great service. We are very pleased with their work and will use them again.

They did the gutter but it is still leaking badly and all the sand is washing out of the stones they put down.

Very professional, timely, easy to talk to, and liked their ideas for the landscape design. They were efficient and completed the job in the two days as initially estimated.
