All I can say is that this is a very professional company with prompt, efficient service. The inspectors were friendly and explained everything to me and answered any questions we had. I would recommend them to everyone.

They arrived early, greeted us and explained how they intended to handle the inspection, what all they would be doing and how they would complete the inspection and notify me of the results. They did not rush through the process, they explained everything they found and what the issue meant to me as a potential buyer. They were so thorough that I was amazed at what they uncovered. I felt they were not only doing a great job but they were doing it as if they were buying the home themselves. The items they listed on the report covered items from broken switch plates to leaking pipes to handler leaks to gas jet on stove not functioning. They advised me what was crucial to be repaired and what was cosmetic or simple maintenance. I have had inspections done before and I have never felt more confident in the professional and personal service I received today. They were "awesome"!
