Heritage Aire

The whole scenario was so ridiculous, I can't even type all the details. Our phone calls were ignored, it took 9 days to get the unit repaired. They blamed American Home Shield and everybody under the sun to avoid taking any responsibility for their pitiful customer service. The receptionist was the rudest ever. The owner even treated us like he thought he was the only AC man in the state. He was unapologetic for making this take 9 days. My 94 year old mother was visiting, but that didn't matter to them. They don't give a hoot about your comfort, contrary to their phone message. None of my calls were ever returned. The repair took 30 minutes and I'm sure it was done well, but what we had to go through to get it done was UNBELIEVABLE. I work in construction, and if this were my subcontractor, I would FIRE THEM IMMEDIATELY. If you go with them, be prepared to be ignored and left hanging. If I were that receptionist's boss, she too would be FIRED. There are too many people in need of work that want to do an excellent job to have to mess with idiots like these. If they are like most contractors in Florida, they are relying on service work to make it these days. Somehow, this company was led to believe we HAVE to use them for our service work under our home warranty. (The owner actually said that!) That is not true. Another sub called when American Home Shield was informed we were left hanging, but unfortunately we didn't switch. I don't see them lasting much longer with such horrible customer service. OH! And when we paid our part to the technician, he suggested we TIP HIM!!! HA! I told him that after nine days, there would be no tipping. Jeeze!!!
