Heaven's Best Carpet Cleaning

Didn't get high use areas clean. Just used a hand spray and a blotting device. No deep cleaning.

I got them from Angie's List. He was very nice and friendly. He did a nice job. I would use them again. That's a good price, I thought it was a little steep, but the carpet was dirty.

Pls forgive the lateness of this review. Mr. Crowley drove a little bit out of his service area to clean our white stainmaster carpet. We had used the Heaven's Best system before & liked the results. He was early & did a great job. We will use again.

Heaven's Best was good overall. They arrived on time. They're very good, very quick and were very thorough. I don't recall the cost, I think it was about average cost, it wasn't too expensive, it wasn't cheap; for carpet cleaning, it was about average.

Andrew arrived ten minutes early. He introduced himself, looked over the carpet, and confirmed the price he quoted on the phone. He got right to business and was done in an hour and a half. He was courteous, hard working, and gave me a complimentary bottle of Heaven's Best Carpet Spot remover. He even explained how to use the cleaner. I will recommend this company to my friends.

We were quoted on the phone based on square footage that we gave him and we were very pleased with the overall job. The carpets are very light colored and were very dirty. The technician worked until all spots were removed and the carpets cleaned and raked. We were aware that the carpets we very soiled as this house was a foreclosure that we purchased and had been a rental for some time before being put on the market. We would definitely call Heaven's Best again.

Andrew Crowley, Owner/Operator of Heaven's Best Carpet Cleaning, is amazing. My wife and I thought we would have to replace the carpet in the home we had just purchased. It was a short sale that had been rented for some time - and, of course, it was in short sale renter condition. The last renter repaired cars and brought the oily/greese parts into the home to work on them - dripping oil/grease throughout. The renter also had a dog - need I say more. We priced new carpet but it was not in our budget, so all our hopes were on Andrew. He did it - he got all the carpet clean and without spots!!! We were so pleased that we then had him clean the carpets in the villa we just moved out of, as well as referring him to several other people. This is who you want to clean your carpets. He is honest, very hard working, and goes above and beyond to please.

Andrew Crowley arrived on time, I showed him around the house specifically the areas that needed the most work and he got right to work. I left for about two hours and when I came back the carpet was clean and dry. Very professional, no complaints. He even left a bottle of spot carpet cleaner.

I just moved to Ocala, FL last Friday and wanted to have the carpets cleaned before my furniture arrived. I looked on Angie's List for a carpet cleaning company and was impressed by the reviews and commitment to service by this company. I sent an email to Heaven 's Best and received a response the following day. I described what I wanted done and was given a price. I told them that I hadn't moved in yet and they said to call when I did and they would schedule the cleaning. Our closing was Friday and I called them on Saturday - Andrew came on Monday (today) and did a Fabulous job. To say that he went above and beyond is a misstatement of fact - he was here for 3.5 hrs when the job should've taken an hour! My carpets had been neglected for a long time by the previous owner and getting them clean was a challenge, but Andrew stayed until he and I were both satisfied. Professional, courteous and friendly - I would highly recommend Heaven's Best Carpet Cleaning!

Did a great job and charged just what he quoted us over the phone. He arrived on time and was efficient and professional.
