Grove Plumbing

This has nothing to do with their job performance. But how they treat their employees. They let my boyfriend go the day we were bringing home our baby for the first time. Cyrus’s wife informed him that he has missed 6 days of work in his 90 day period and majority of the those days I was in the hospital. There is a big miscommunication between Cyrus and his wife that runs the show. I wouldn’t trust the company if this is how they treat their employees. I asked if we could be given another chance since it is a “small company” and we were refused. Now we have a new born and on top of that he is needing to look for a new income. Just wanted to share our experience with this company.

They attempted to fix a leak for my elderly in-laws. Father in law, who had plumbed the house, and has dementia, told them the plumbing was in the wall, not the slab. They tore up the slab anyway. No pipes. Got into the wall and repaired the leak but did not repair the hole they should never have made in the slab. Don’t hire them.

Phil knew exactly what to do. Once he cut into the wall he had to make adjustments to the existing plumbing with a series of welds on several lines of copper tubing and moving them to position for the new lines coming in. He did the job professionally and cleanly. The sink looks like it’s been there all along. Highly recommend this company 👍

I had a leak under my kitchen sink, and it was glaringly obvious that it was coming from the pipe, (i.e., when the sink was off, it didn't leak.) A good friend gave me Grove Plumbing's number. I asked how much their service call was and it was $75. I was going to wait a week. I have Stage IV Cancer and live on disability, so I told them I could not afford it because my disability check arrives on the 3rd. They were heartless. I bounced my last bill of the month... My bank charged me a hefty fee because of it. Rest assured, this is the last company in this life that will do me wrong... literally. There is a good reason why this business is not accredited by the Better Business Bureau.

Excellent. So quiet you didn’t know they were in the house. Responded same day of call. Was able to make a temporary fix under they could obtain water heater. Called prior to coming. Total professionalism.

Our tech knew exactly what to do and got right to it. But first "we" had to find the house water shut off out in the front yard (of course overgrown by grass) and he found it quickly. He told us to watch and see for a couple days on the sink pipe leak. Couple hours later had to call him and he was back in couple hours to do some more "tweeting". Have no further problems.

They told me they would be there asap , called when on the way and arrived earlier than expected . Work was done professionally and quickly. Gentleman was friendly and courteous.

I could not have received better treatment. The man that came out was very polite, considerate, professional and took care of my problem in a timely manner. This company was referred to me by my neighbor, and I also want to refer this company. Very fair and considerate. I didn't know trades people like this were still available.
