This company is terrible. It was great when I placed the order with the company but once this was done and the job was started it was a complete disaster. The granite had to be taken back three times due to wrong cuts, which could have been avoided had the original template been followed. Owner sent unprofessional, young guys to install the countertops when I was told they do the installation and fabrication, not that they send someone else. The undermount sink has now been pulled away from the countertop and has fallen. I contacted Doug Rhodes and he has stated he "no longer owns the company", "the sink fell due to the plumbing, not the installation of the sink" (I have contacted a professional plumber and also spoke to another contractor and was informed by both of them that the only way a sink falls is if it has been installed incorrectly) and he also said I would need to contact the people who installed the countertops, not him. Do not use this company, you will live to regret.
Description of Work: Granite countertops were installed in a kitchen remodel. They also installed an undermount sink.

An absolute nightmare, outside of the initial ordering. After an email informing the owner (Doug Rhodes) that the kitchen cabinets would be installed by the 18th of August, and a very pleasant phone call that evening, the whole process became a nightmare. Missed appointments, templates lost, promised installation dates, delays due to granite supply company not having product when product had been paid for 45 days earlier. Communication from the 22nd of August forward was ONLY with a new employee, who had no previous experience in the counter top industry. The owner refused all contact with me. Installation was promised as early as September 6th, and ended up being installed on the 21st of September. There was a small crack in one piece, and the installer tried to repair the crack and now a noticeable flaw is seen. The installer forgot to install 2 small pieces and the company will not return my phone calls to get this small matter taken care of. A complete nightmare!
