The tech, and owner of the company, Eric Goodman, clearly knew what he was doing. He systematically checked anything and everything that could be causing our problem. He readjusted the door sensors and then reprogrammed the unit...and he fixed it. He also reprogrammed our 2 remote controls. Very reasonable rates. As a source of comparison, another Angie's list provider called us and immediately quoted a significantly higher price than Eric did, and also quoted us the price of his least expensive garage door opener...as if he never intended to try to fix the issue, but rather, sell us a new and un-needed door opener.

If there was a higher rating available, I would give it. I called on a Saturday afternoon and Eric called me promptly and scheduled my repair for the very same day. This was a huge relief since garage door would not close and I did not want any animals coming inside at night. He was efficient and saved me several hundred dollars by being able to replace the worn out gears in my 24 year old opener. He also fixed the broken rollers and gave everything a once over. Other companies would of tried to sell me a new opener. I highly recommend this company. Eric is a breath of fresh air in a world where people try and take advantage of each other. Give this company a try, you will not be disappointed.
